Professional Summary
Gemma joined Colliers in 2017 whilst completing a Bachelor of Property Economics degree at The University of Technology. Since graduating Gemma has been a part of the Tenant Advisory team as an Senior Executive where she has successfully delivered a range of tenant services. Some projects Gemma has undertaken include makegood negotiations, lease renewals, ‘Stay vs Go’ analysis, site identification and evaluation including financial analysis and research and benchmarking reports.
Gemma has an intricate knowledge of both CBD and Metro markets having worked with various clients across greater Sydney precinct. Gemma believes that being exposed to a range of markets across Sydney creates an in-depth understanding and knowledge for her clients to achieve the best positive outcome.

Simon Crouch is the head of of Tenant Advisory in Australia and has been with Colliers International for over 21 years commencing in Commercial Leasing and moving into Tenant Advisory 12 years ago. Simon is responsible for a team of over 20 tenant advisory specialists working with clients in all office market across Australia.
Simon specialises in developing innovative accommodation strategies on behalf of large corporate and government occupiers. Simon and his team has delivered some of the most complex assignments in the Australian market. Major recent accomplishments Simon has led include:

I have 12 years global experience in corporate real estate and property & asset management providing me with invaluable insight, knowledge and understanding of both the landlord and tenant's perspective.
I specialise as a Tenant Advisor and have worked with a range of occupiers both in Sydney and across Australia succesffully delivering a range of tenant focused services including; market research, restructuring existing lease, site identification and evaluation, lease negotiations, subleasing and disposal strategies and providing strategic consultancy advice.

Prior to joining Colliers I worked with Europe's leading investment trust, British Land, as well as several indepedant funds. Luke is a Director within the Colliers Tenant Advisory team where his focus is partnering with our clients to formulate and implement bespoke and enlightened corporate real estate strategies aligned with our clients’ objectives. Luke is highly motivated and attuned to delivering the best outcome possible for our clients whilst establishing and enhancing mutually beneficial relationships between tenant and landlord.
Luke has significant experience in the real estate industry having managed large and complex property portfolios for the private and public sector. Luke has previously acted as an Asset Manager for global institutional owner/developer Goodman in both Australia and the United Kingdom. Luke’s experience in both landlord and tenant advisory roles brings significant depth to the team.
Luke has partnered with global clients such as UBS AG, Macquarie Bank, McKinsey & Company and KPMG to name a few.
Anthony is a Sydney CBD market expert and has a strong track record acting on behalf of occupiers to devise bespoke occupancy outcomes. He's advised on a number of highly complex pre-construction lease agreements for some of Australia's largest office and industrial occupiers. He also brings particular expertise acting on behalf of tenants through compulsory acquisitions and lease surrenders where the property has a higher and better use.
Anthony is an expert tactician and his key point of differnce is his understanding of real estate delivery methods and complex contracts.

With over 6 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate, Helina presents strong administrative abilities, as well as intricate knowledge of the property industries. During her employment at Colliers, Helina has supported both the Strategic Advisory division then moving into a Personal Assistant role for the Head of Tenant Advisory.
Helina’s educational background in Design Fundamentals and her experience as an administrative professional, exposed her to strategic financial forecasting, tendering, Market analysis’, documentation preparation for submission and site inspections.
