Gordon is the co-head of the Victorian Industrial business, leader of Colliers South Eastern Industrial business, Co-chair of the national industrial leasing team and a member of the national industrial capital markets team. The eastern industrial business comprises of 10 agents, 2 team assistants and an analyst and covers sales and leasing of industrial property from the City of Monash, through to the City of Greater Dandenong and out to the Shire of Cardinia. The team is the largest industrial brokerage in the east with annual revenues over $10m.

Gordon adopts a proactive and enthusiastic approach to his business, taking pride in seeing his private, corporate and institutional clients succeed with each transaction he concludes with them.
