Eugene has over 20 years experience in the property and construction industries including extensive experience with a major publicly listed developer and in the funds management environment. Eugene has extensive experience in large range of projects in various capacities including senior development and project management roles. He has been involved in many landmark complex developments such as Hayman Island, Discovery Point, Honeysuckle Newcastle, Port Coogee WA, King Street Wharf, Jackson Landing and Citibank Centre Sydney.
Eugene holds a deep understanding of property markets, development opportunities and construction projects established through extensive experience and involvement with a wide range of large scale property development projects from management positions and at the coal face.
He has managed most facets of development projects from inception to disposal. This includes acquisition, disposal, brief planning, feasibiliies, engagement of consultants, obtaining aprovals, marketing, sales and leasing. Eugene’s sales experience was founded with asset acquisitions and asset sales for a private fund manager. His diverse experience will assist clients to achieve success.
My current role is as Personal Assistant to the NSW Development SitesTeam at Colliers; supporting the National Directors and the extended residential site development team with administration and marketing requirements.
My role includes high volume calendar management for each Director, working on submissions and presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint, assisting with various ad hoc tasks such as printing, pricing and formatting, and supporting the Directors in management of the sales team including planning the weekly roster for the sales agents and setting their annual goals each year.
As Personal Assistant I am responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the NSW Development Site business. This includes taking initiatives to improve processes and building relationships with and liaising with other product lines and corporate team members to ensure success.
To help my team succeed my role requires high attention to detail, clear communication & excellent time management skills as well as a proactive attitude.
As an analyst for the Residential, Property Development team, I am responsible for researching and providing insights on residential data and trends across off the plan projects and apartment supply across NSW. This includes the collection of data and the preparation of detailed reports to internal and external stakeholders, as well as conducting feasibility reports to analyse current sites.
I take a positive approach to all responsibilities given to him, I am highly motivated and thorough with all my work and I am continuously striving to learn about all aspects of the property industry, to develop his leadership skills and to reach the top of the field.
I will graduate from the University of Technology Sydney, with a Bachelor’s degree in Property Economics in November 2021. Whilst at university I worked as an International Investment Analyst for CBRE and also had a role as a buyers agent for DashDot Agents.
