Hana joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2016 as Finance and Contracts Manager. She is responsible for managing the business trust accounting and processing large volumes of contracts in short periods of time and with exceptional attention to detail.
With 6 years’ experience, Hana has established herself as vital member of the team, helping to streamline the transition of various processes within the finance and trust accounting division of the business.
Hana prides herself on her ability to learn quickly, work diligently and uphold the exacting standards required to handle sensitive, complex and confidential transactions.
Over the past three years Hana has been involved in processing approximately 3,000 contracts, this is testament to her ability to work under pressure and deliver for the business and its clients.
In her role as Finance and Contracts Manager, Hana manages the transactions associated with two high performing divisions, Project Marketing and Development Site Sales.
Hana is recognised by her peers for her detail-oriented and proactive approach, as well as her positive and collaborative nature. She has advanced skills in processing data, reporting, MS excel, Finance programs and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Megan joined Colliers in 2016 and is now Director, Operations working alongside Managing Director Tim Storey and Director Brett Griffith. Her role is to develop and execute the overarching business plan, ensuring the continued growth and success of Colliers Residential Victoria.
An integral part of the business, working across all divisions, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to her role with over 8 years’ experience in business operations and strategy execution. Since commencing, Megan has driven numerous industry-leading initiatives including the ‘Collection by Colliers’ showrooms and their expansion across Melbourne, Shanghai and beyond.
Aside from driving business growth from a strategic level, Megan has shown her diversity of skills, leading the sales and marketing campaign for R.Iconic Melbourne, the city’s best-selling project of 2020.
