I lead the industrial marketing at Colliers, working with one of the largest and most specialised agency teams in the country. I am the brand guardian for our team of over 100+ industrial experts, working to ensure our clients benefit from the latest marketing technologies for their property. With a large, decentralised team, my role is to ensure our experts are leading and innovating with marketing to maximise the value of property for our clients.
I'm experienced in driving engagement in our platform, write extensive pitch and content pieces, and think critically about how we can continue to improve our offiering. I have a thorough educational background in services marketing including my Honours Thesis to contribute to exceptional technical understanding in marketing.

Malcom is the Chief Executive Officer for Colliers in Australia, delivering on our business plan and driving our enterprising culture. Our company is underpinned by a clear set of values, designed to maximise the potential of property to accelerate the success of our clients and our people.
Over his 27-year career with Colliers, Malcom has had the opportunity to build and grow a number of successful teams. Prior to his current role, he led the NSW business along with the national Industrial business for 15 years. In 2005, Malcom joined the National Executive where the leadership group has steered our business to achieve incredible growth and reinforced our market-leading culture. Our business stability and continuity continue to attract market leaders, empowering them to think and act differently to drive exceptional results.

Nick's passion for real estate stems from an extensive family background in property. He has a proven track record in general agency market striving to create great results for his clients through his market knowledge.
His strong communication, negotiation and management skills combined with an intimate knowledge of the Melbourne North West property market puts Nick in a unique position to maximise the value achieved in commercial property transactions.
His current role as a National Director in Industrial sees him specialising in sales and leasing of properties 5,000sqm and above. Nick predominantly works with major institutional and private clients.
Nick was recently recognised at the Dexus awards with ‘Industrial Leasing Transaction of the Year’. This is awarded to individuals who, through dedication in developing their expertise, client engagement, service excellence and collaboration are acknowledged as achieving the best leasing transaction of 2019.
Nick is considered a market expert in Industrial within the Colliers business nationally, with a strong commitment to delivering the best solution for all his clients.
Head of Industrial Capital Markets | Australia
Gavin is the Head of Industrial Capital Markets Australia and the Head of the NSW Industrial Team at Colliers International, where he has been specialising in industrial property for 20 years. Based in the Sydney CBD Head Office, Gavin manages a highly successful team of over 40 staff across broader Sydney in key industrial precincts.
Gavin specialises in the national industrial capital markets and has excellent relationships across a broad spectrum of institutional, international and private investors. Over Gavin’s time with Colliers, he has completed hundreds of deals in industrial property, settling over $14 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 400,000sqm. Gavin enjoys a 75% market share of industrial capital markets share in NSW.
Gavin has worked extensively in the sale of industrial portfolios of up to 30 assets in one portfolio. Gavin and his team have sold 20/22 of all industrial portfolios in the Australia over the last four years, including the J.P. Morgan Portfolio ($250m), Altis Portfolio ($342.5m) and GIC/Australand Portfolio ($1.073b) and AMP Portfolio ($105m).
Some major distribution centre sales that Gavin and his team have been involved in over the last two years include, the Calibre, Eastern Creek ($130.1 million), 1 Eucalyptus Place, Eastern Creek ($90.5 million), 3 Roberts Road, Eastern Creek ($253 millions) and 6-20 Clunies Ross Street, Greystanes ($76.6 million)
Gavin has focused on building deep relationships with his clients, providing the latest in-depth information about logistics markets across Australia, which in line with his extensive track record, has seen Gavin achieve record-breaking results for his clients.
Gavin is a long-standing member of the Colliers team, having joined in 2000 as a graduate valuer. Gavin commenced with Colliers as part of their Scholarship Program and he was fortunate to work across multiple service lines and locations across Sydney, before settling in the Industrial team in Sydney South in 2001. Over the last 20 years, Gavin has progressed through the industrial business including managing the Sydney South and Sydney South West offices, before moving into the NSW State Product Director for Industrial in 2010.
Luke has 10 years’ experience in property research and real estate advisory, providing strategic advice and research to private, government and listed groups. Luke currently heads up the national industrial research function at Colliers International, where he provides high quality research and advice on the trends impacting the sector to both internal business lines and clients.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Luke has held roles within the Real Estate Advisory Services (REAS) division at KPMG and the Research and Consultancy team at Knight Frank.
Luke’s areas of expertise include property research, demographic assessments, highest and best use analysis and supply and demand assessments across a broad range of property sectors including industrial, office, residential, student accommodation and retirement and aged care.

Corporate Marketing & Communications
In order to continually develop and enhance the Corporate Marketing function at Colliers International, I will be drawing upon 20+ years of experience in the advertising industry. My experience covers many different specialist areas that will contribute to the success of Colliers including brand development, creative strategy, media strategy and digital solutions.
My relationship with Colliers started approximately 4 years before joining the business. I was previosuly Head of Agency Australia for Adcorp Australia who were providing advertising services to Colliers and I was involved at a strategic level to develop a brand strategy and point of differentiation that would result in a first to market initiative. As a result, I was a key player in bringing Project Blue to market which immediately differentiated Colliers in the market by changing the way property was advertised in print publications in conjunction with a digital media strategy that was a brand new initiative for the property industry.
One of my key strengths is understanding how a brand comes to life from the initial stages of qualitative and quantitative research, through to developing a strategically lead creative brief to protecting that brand with guidelines that are designed to strengthen it in the marketplace. Along with key marketing skills and a strategic approach to business, I am well placed to assist Colliers in maintaining a first to market reputation and continue to provide differentiators that will drive continued revenue growth.

Gordon is the leader of Colliers International’s South Eastern Industrial business and a senior member of the Victorian Industrial team. The eastern industrial business comprises of 9 agents and 2 team assistants and covers sales and leasing of industrial property from the City of Monash to City of Greater Dandenong.
The team is the second largest industrial brokerage in the south east with annual revenues over $3m.
Since joining Colliers in 2013, Gordon’s personal focus is on industrial institutional-grade leasing, major site sales and investment sales. He sits on the national occupier and national capital markets team, assisting his colleagues nationally with corporate occupier and investor mandates.
Gordon adopts a proactive and enthusiastic approach to his business, taking pride in seeing his private, corporate and institutional clients succeed with each transaction he concludes with them.
