Hayley joined Colliers Sunshine Coast in August 2020. Hayley was employed as Receptionist/ Administration Assistant to the sales & leasing team. In April 2021 Hayley was promoted to a Team Assistant role, assisting her agents with their daily procedures, preparing marketing material, along with preparation of leases/ contracts.
Hayley was determined to join the real estate industry and took it upon herself to undertake her Real Estate Certificate, which she successfully completed.
Prior to joining the Commercial & Industrial Real Estate industry, Hayley’s background was in the retail sector, which enabled her to bring her customer service experience into the administration role.

Having grown up on the Sunshine Coast Ben Flower has exceptional knowledge of the Sunshine Coast market covering all aspects including strata sales, land subdivisions, investment sales and vacant possession sales, leasing and design & construct developments. Ben specialises in the development, investment and industrial property markets on the Sunshine Coast. Ben’s ability to thoroughly canvass markets has set him apart from his competition and he now enjoys exclusive relationships with some of the Coast’s major developers, tenants and property owners.
Jesse began his career in the construction industry building high-end residential homes on Brisbane’s west side. After spending the next 6 years working for industry leaders in various roles he moved to the Sunshine Coast in 2016. Whilst in Brisbane he built an extensive network with various influential figures mainly within the property sector.
Shortly after moving to the Sunshine Coast Jesse joined the Colliers International team as an Executive specialising in the Noosa, Coolum and other northern markets. Using his knowledge of the Sunshine Coast market with his extensive network, he has been involved in many successful transactions and delivering positive results for his clients.
Jessica joined the Colliers team in Newcastle in March 2016, as Receptionist. After a few months, Jessica then moved into a Team Assistant role where she provided administrative support to the Commercial and Industrial teams.
At the end of 2018, Jessica joined the Colliers team on the Sunshine Coast where she is Team Assistant to both commercial and retail agents.
Jessica enjoys being part of the energetic and highly professional team environment at Colliers International and looks forward to working closely with the team to provide service excellence to their clients.
Prior to joining Colliers International, Jessica worked in a Sales Support role in Residential Real Estate for 3 years where she gained valuable administrative experience.
Carolyn joined Colliers International in 2017 in the role of Adminstration/Marketing Manager, after moving from Brisbane. Her experience within the Commercial & Industrial Property industry spans some 19 years within both the Development and Real Estate sectors.
Carolyn's role involves assiting Colliers International Sunshine Coast's Managing Director and Senior Managers across all facets of the business and is integral in supporting management in building a strong rapport with clients & consultants alike. Carolyn's marketing background ensures all marketing collateral, presentations and submissions are produced to Colliers brand guidelines, and enjoys overseeing the dynamic Administrative team.
Prior to moving into property, Carolyn's career was in the marketing & advertising industry in varying roles from Personal Assistant / Administration through to Media Manager.
Carolyn is a strong administrative professional with a passion for marketing.
Nick began his commercial real estate career in 1997 as an industrial specialist on Brisbane’s southside. He quickly made the transition into the corporate world in 1999 where he worked for Jones Lang LaSalle until late 2004. His time in the Brisbane market enabled him to establish strong relationships and contacts with some of Queensland’s most active players in the commercial property market.
Since moving back to the Sunshine Coast in 2004, Nick has become the Managing Director and owner of Colliers International’s Sunshine Coast business and has a focus on ensuring he maintains a dynamic team of property professionals.
Nick also has a particular interest in the identification of major development and investment opportunities. His track record in these areas of the market is a reflection of his understanding and belief in the Sunshine Coast property market.
Baydn oversees the Special Projects division for Colliers International on the Sunshine Coast.
His extensive experience in Finance/Accounting and Property Development roles for major corporations in both Australia and overseas has allowed him to provide exceptional advice and service in his transactional and advisory role with Colliers International. He has assisted developers, fund managers, financial institutions, receivers & managers, not for profit groups and government bodies across a broad range of property classes including residential, retirement, commercial, retail and childcare.
Baydn has established a reputation for providing a high level of service and has achieved exceptional results for clients, establishing him as the dominant development agent on the Sunshine Coast.
Johnny is a part of the Special Projects Team specialising in residential and mixed use development and investment assets. Johnny joined Colliers International in 2018 bringing experience as a successful commercial & residential developer for over 25 years whilst living in the UK. His background knowledge provides him with the ability to communicate and manage all aspects of the investment/development assets whilst delivering the sales process.
Michael is a CPA accountant who holds a Master’s Degree in Business Law along with a Bachelor’s degree majoring in both Accounting and Property Asset Management.
Passionate about commercial property and partner in the property management business, Michael’s success derives from his understanding of a manager’s role in maximising the return from a commercial property investment.
Understanding the factors important to Tenants as business owners and Landlords as investors, Michael focuses on lease negotiations, tenant retention and ensuring the team has the support to carry out their roles and deliver a premium service.
Michael is described as having "outstanding technical knowledge" and importantly "applies a level of commercial common sense that only comes with experience"
Daniel brings 15 years experience in the real estate industry. Daniel's career started in residential project marketing moving through to development acquisitions, commercial sales and leasing. Daniel has demonstrated ability in the selling and leasing of strata titled commercial premises on the Sunshine Coast.
Commercial transactions are his consuming passion, being upfront, open and delivering what is promised is important to Daniel.
Nigel joined the Colliers International Sunshine Coast team in January 2021. He has been associated with the real estate industry for the last 20 years. Nigel has a unique set of skills combining a previous award-winning real estate career in residential and commercial real estate on the Sunshine Coast. Nigel has a formidable track record of customer service and an experienced agent, able to work seamlessly across sales and leasing.

Melanie has worked in the property sector for over 20 years in both NSW and Queensland and has a wealth of knowledge. Her experience allowed her to further strengthen her career and she joined the team at Colliers International (Sunshine Coast) in 2019 as a Commercial Property Management Administrator.
Melanie is an integral part of the team providing support with financial administration, lease management, tenant and lessor liaison, maintenance and budget and outgoings preparation.
She has a client-focused attitude with impeccable communication skills, excellent attention to detail and is a valued employee.
Andrew started with Colliers in 2015, having previously held a similar role at Ray White Commercial Cairns, Andrew’s experience in facilities management his logical approach to problem solving is highly valued by our landlord’s.
With over 25 years prior experience in banking, including area management roles in North Queensland and Northern Territory, Andrew understands the needs of a wide range of businesses and has an exceptional ability to work with tenants and contractors on all levels and in all industries.
With his business and banking background, he understands the importance of maintaining the value of real estate assets. Within the Colliers team Andrew focusses on ensuring our landlords’ assets are kept in optimal condition and being maintained to a high standard in a cost effective manner.
Natasha joined Colliers in 2018 with over 20 years of Commercial asset management experience including industrial, office, retail, aviation and mixed use properties.
Natasha brings to our team extensive experience in contract management, facilities and project management and tenant negotiation.
Demonstrating excellent communication skills including effectively liaising with owners, tenants, contractors, Natasha is able to maximize outcomes, even in the toughest of situations.
