As a key member of the Sydney CBD Valuation & Advisory Services team, Hope assists in conducting valuations of commercial buildings, commercial strata and strip retail in the Sydney CBD and Sydney City Fringe markets. Hope is actively involved in capital valuations, rental assessments and broader property advisory services.
Prior to joining the team, Hope worked as Researcher in the Strategic Advisory team at Colliers and undertook market research spanning residential, commercial, industrial and government property projects.

Jonathan has over 16 years’ experience in the property industry being focused on the provision of valuation and professional advice in relation to institutional grade office assets within the Sydney CBD, in addition to both residential and commercial developments. In additional Jonathan has played a significant role in the development and controlling the subsequent roll out of the CIVAS Discounted Cash Flow model to all Australian offices and throughout Asia. He leads the national Valuation & Advisory Services Office team across Australia and has recently worked on the following prominent valuations:

I provide valuation and advisory services on commercial real estate in the Sydney CBD and City Fringe.
Real estate sectors include office, office developments, commercial, commercial developments, residential buildings, residential developments and retail property. Ask me about your annual reporting, financial reporting, asset valuations, mortgage valuations, acquisition / disposal, NSW compulsory acquisition and rental advice requirements.
I currently work closely with Dwight Hillier, Jonathan Petsalis, Cassandra Mortimer, Devan Vituli, Phil Western, Christopher Milou and Dylan Adams.
As Director, Valuation & Advisory Services, Devan forms part of the most senior and experienced commercial office valuations team in Australia predominantly working alongside Dwight Hillier, Jonathan Petsalis and Cassandra Mortimer. The team provides forensic analysis of the key value driver components encapsulated within occupier and capital market segments.
Devan has extensive experience providing the highest quality commercial property valuations and advice across the Sydney CBD and Sydney Fringe office markets. Having established himself as a trusted advisor within the commercial office sector, Devan works with institutional and private investors, financiers, developers and government entities to maximise the potential of property.
I joined Colliers in 2021 as an Assistant Valuer in the Valuation & Advisory Services commercial office team. In this role I assist with site inspections, modelling of Premium and A grade commercial building sales and rental and sales analysis for commercial valuations including rental incentive and review structure studies.
Outside of Colliers, I am working towards completing a Bachelor of Property Economics at the University of Technology Sydney at the end of 2021.
