Sam has more than a decade of experience in managing commercial real estate transactions for institutional and high net worth clients across the Asia-pacific region and has participated in over $1b in transactions in the last 5 years.
Sam’s role is to provide leadership to the Investment Services business across Queensland. He offers guidance and drives the national initiatives, including Middle Markets, Asia Market engagement, Restructuring Property Services and our Premium Investments team.
In 2016 he relocated to Colliers’ Brisbane office after 5 years with the firm in Singapore and Hong Kong, where he was responsible for Colliers ‘ANZ’ desk, working across the ANZ and Asian businesses channeling Asian capital into the Australia and New Zealand real estate markets.
Sam is an expert in negotiating cross border transactions having executed deals and mandates for clients in Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, India, Russia and Indonesia.
Tom O’Driscoll is a Director within the Brisbane Investment Services Team and has over 10 years’ experience within the real estate industry.
Tom has operated within Brisbane’s CBD and city fringe office market in both leasing and sales roles on many commercial office projects. Tom’s primary focus is management of the disposal and acquisition of major freehold investments in Brisbane’s CBD near city markets working closely with domestic and international HNWI, syndicators and institutional clients.
Tom’s exposure and experience in Brisbane’s investment sector is proven in his results over $300 million in completed transactions.
Philip O’Dwyer’s property experience has broad experience on both sides of a major property transaction. His strong history in property development and project management and his deep understanding of the economic and organisational dynamics that drive successful projects ideally position him to advise his clients and to ultimately achieve transactions that maximise their outcomes. Philip worked in senior leadership positions on large urban property projects and detached housing built form and broad acre land subdivision projects with Watpac and Investa-owned Clarendon Homes. He also worked within CRI Australia and Buranda Properties. Philip has worked in all of the major property sectors and has achieved very well across all projects. His high-level property analytical skills are outstanding and have been developed through formal education and practical application.

As an Associate Director in the Investment Services Team based in Brisbane, Tony has transacted more than $220M in commercial real estate sales throughout Queensland in the last 6 years. Tony is a key member of the Asia Markets, National Strata Working Group and Premium Investments teams. Tony works specifically with Asian investors in Australia and offshore.
As the only Asian commercial agent with valuation background in the Brisbane market, Tony’s experience, multi-cultural background and strong connections with overseas financial institutions and high net worth investors distinguish Tony from the other commercial agents in Brisbane.
Tony is a registered valuer with over 15 years’ valuation and property experience, believes his solid background in valuation, real estate development and multi-lingual speaking skills have cemented his career in the real estate industry.
Nick has an asset speciality for commercial office and retail sales in the Brisbane CBD and near city market. Daniel is Head of Investment Services Victoria with a national role of growing the Australian Investment Services business. Transactionally, Daniel’s specialisation is in the Middle Market assets class ($20-$200mil) throughout the City of Melbourne.
Daniel joined Colliers in 2010 and quickly claimed market share of the CBD. He focuses primarily on commercial investments and value-add opportunities with a laser focus on office, retail and development sites, for which he and his team are market leaders.
Daniel regularly engages with a diverse range of clients from various sectors and consistently strives to surpass client expectation. He manages negotiations on behalf of local, national and international clients and has been involved in billions of dollars’ worth of transactions.
Since commencing the leadership of his team in 2010, Daniel has managed to guide the Melbourne City Sales team to success year after year, continuing to be a leader in his market and achieve record transactions no other agency has managed to do. In 2021, Daniel has taken responsibility for the entire Victoria Investment Services business.
Throughout these years, Daniel has dedicated his time to many enterprising initiatives including Middle Markets, where Daniel has driven the Victorian and National business to focus on key investments predominantly in the office asset class, and Premium Investments which he has also lead from a National approach, listing and transacting assets underpinned by premium tenants.

As the State Chief Executive of Queensland, Simon's responsibilities include overall supervision of the Queensland business comprising of 6 offices and over 300 staff. Simon also sits on the Australian Naional Executive Board.
Simon has been with Colliers for 25 years and is proud of the great culture of colloboration and knowledge sharing that delivers exceptional outcomes for our clients. Simon is heavily involved and has an excellent reputation in the Capital Markets area and has formed strong relationships with major investors and institutions both domestically and internationally.
During Simon's time with Colliers, he has completed mutliple transactions in the Industrial/Logistics asset class, settling over $10.1 billion in his career to date, and leasing over 650,000m². He has been responsible for some of the largest transactions in Queensland over the past 25 years.
Simon has over 30 years’ experience in the real estate industry and the agency having previously worked for Primac Elders as an auctioneer prior to joining Colliers International in 1998.
