I have been a Sydney CBD office leasing specialist for over 15 years and specialise in pre-commitment leasing of new developments and re-positioning of existing assets for lease.
My background as a Tenant Representative sees me uniquely placed to assist my Landlord clients to identify and secure tenants for their assets. I pride myself on delivering results on behalf of my clients and always strive to deliver service excellence.
Before transferring to Sydney CBD Office Leasing, I spent seven years with Colliers International's Corporate Services division, first in London and then moving to Sydney, servicing the property requirement of a variety of multinational corporates such as Cisco Systems, British Telecom and Shell.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I worked with a boutique property consultancy where I provided portfolio management services and strategic real estate advice to companies such a Southcorp (Fosters), Goodman Fielder and Tabcorp.
I have been working in the property industry since 1997 and with Colliers International since 1999. I have been a Director with the Sydney CBD Office Leasing team since 2007.
Cameron is an office leasing specialist who has focused on the pre-commitment market over the past 15 years within the Sydney CBD. Cameron has over 25 years of office leasing experience all with Colliers. He has been appointed to some of Sydney's most significant recent developments including Westfield Sydney City on behalf of Scentre Group, 5 Martin Place on behalf of Dexus and Cbus Property, 121 Castlereagh St (the re-development of the David Jones mens store) on behalf of Cbus Property and AMP Capital's flagship project, Quay Quarter Tower.

I joined Colliers International as Leasing Executive in July 2003 and bring eight years of property and marketing knowledge to the Sydney CBD Leasing Team.
After seven years in Residential Leasing and Property Management, I transferred to Sydney CBD commercial in 2000. I have since concluded several transactions in leasing and sales, with a primary focus on leasing, and holds a certificate in marketing.
My current role as Director includes the marketing and leasing of property appointments and the sourcing and securing of new business. I have also been instrumental in developing Colliers International’s state-of the –art “Link” database.
Rob has over 30 years of office leasing experience having commenced his real estate career in 1992 and has completed over 500,000sqm of lease transactions during this time. Recently, Rob has worked on major office projects where approximately 70,000sqm of space has been committed.
With a business centric mindset which coupled with his interpersonal skills and networks, Rob brings a unique skill set to the table. With over 16 years’ experience, Dean specialises in Office Leasing and is a Director in the Sydney CBD Office Leasing team at Colliers International. During his career at Colliers International, Dean has been involved in over 400 transactions totalling in excess of 150,000sqm of office space.

Oliver joined the Colliers International Sydney CBD Leasing Team in December 2015 after working for two years as a Tenant Representative at a competing firm.
Oliver’s experience in representing a broad mix of tenants, ranging from small start-up companies to large global corporations, has given him a great insight into the key components involved in the decision making process when it comes to their commercial office requirements.

Chelsea’s role as Associate Director involves the marketing and leasing of property appointments. She prides herself on being one of the most active Sydney CBD agents and has averaged one transaction per week since starting with Colliers in May 2018.
Chelsea joined the Colliers team after two years leasing offices in the North Shore and Sydney CBD markets. With eight years’ prior experience in residential sales and property management on the NSW South Coast and a degree and three years’ industry experience in Journalism, PR and Digital Marketing, Chelsea brings a multifaceted approach to her leasing appointments.

Emma brings a unique perspective to leasing because of her extensive experience as a tenant advisor and leasing manager within the corporate real estate team of a global financial services group. Bringing unique insights from over 12 years’ experience in Real Estate and having worked for major providers in both London and Sydney, Sami is now focusing on assisting providers to source corporate tenants for their centres. Teresa has over 8 years Office Leasing Real Estate experience and specialises in the Southern CBD market. The Southern CBD Office market is dominated by large Government tenancies and occupied by smaller sized Asian tenants. With previous experience working for Property NSW, Teresa has a strong understanding of the Government's Decades of Decentralisation objectives. This along with the ability to speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin has led Teresa to have a strong track record and market presence within the Southern CBD.
Justin’s role as Sydney CBD Fringe Leasing Manager involves the marketing and leasing of property appointments, as well as brokering transactions throughout the Sydney CBD fringe market.
Justin has recently joined Colliers after working for a competing agency heading their global flexible office space team. After 4 years of specialising in flexible and sublet office space and launching the company in 10 new global markets, Justin transferred to Colliers to work on delivering the best results for the Colliers CBD fringe portfolio.
