Testimonials
“Jemma has been an exceptional asset to our business, working in what has been undoubtedly one of the most challenging times in the Perth office market. For those who know Jemma, know she is extremely passionate about property and making a difference. She has developed and led strategies for the industry and our business in order to find opportunity for growth and success. Throughout her time at Primewest, Jemma has worked tirelessly to develop bridges of communication between our tenants in order to design and construct leasing structures which benefit both parties and has solidified strong relationships across our portfolio. This has allowed her to become one of the most successful leasing agents in Perth. Well regarded amongst clients as a market leader who provides innovative approaches supported by exceptional work ethic. Not only does she influence some of the most active landlords in Perth but sets a high standard of professionalism and work ethic for her industry colleagues. Jemma has been a leading influence in the recovery of Perth’s Office Market during an enormously challenging 6 years and continues to do so.”
JOHN BOND, DIRECTOR PRIMEWEST (CENTURIA)
“Jemma’s passion for pursuing a career in the property industry was ignited when she joined my team at Regus in 2013. Immediately I saw a drive and ambition that I hadn’t seen before. Jemma was promoted up the ranks to General Manager of our Rialto business centre after showing a keen interest in operations, sales, and customer engagement. She was also appointed as a training ambassador as an example of ‘best in class’ for sales and operations. She made a significant positive impact in enhancing our brand awareness across the ANZ Business with both small and large enterprise businesses, and it’s with great pride that I can continue to see her achieve great things and set new benchmarks for what it means to be a market leader in this industry.”
GEORGIA MITCHELL, GLOBAL REAL ESTATE & FACILITIES - AMAZON
“I first met Jemma when she made the bold decision to leave her eastern state's network and relocate to Perth. At the time our CBD property market wasn't performing as well as Melbourne, but Jemma knew there was much unrealised upside to Perth and, through sheer hard work, she has established herself as one of the top performing commercial agents in the city. In an industry that has traditionally been dominated by men, Jemma has developed an enviable network. Her unique style, genuine passion and honesty are attributes that have redefined how property can be transacted. She has succeeded on projects where others have failed - for example the introduction of flagship global brands to redefine D-grade buildings on Murray Street. She advocates for the community and supports the best interests of the city on projects such as the CBD Queen luxury precinct. Jemma's brave move to the west has resulted in bold results for Perth - we are incredibly fortunate to have such talent supporting our city.”
