Jeremy joined Colliers in 2019, starting in Occupier Services as a Senior Leasing Executive for an Australia-wide portfolio and then as a Property Manager for a diverse portfolio within the Greater Sydney region. This experience has been intrinsic to his understanding of industrial and commercial property values and tenant expectations. Jeremy is committed to understanding his market and now specialises in the sale and leasing of Industrial and Commercial property in the South Sydney and Inner West markets.

Michael is the National Director of Property Sales & Leasing at Colliers and is also the Director in Charge for the Sydney South office. Based in Mascot, Michael's team of nine agents is one of the highest-performing teams in Australia.
Since joining Colliers in 2001, Michael's specialisation has been core South Sydney, with a heavy focus on large transactions of land, investments, and residential sites as well as large leasing mandates. Michael has worked on some of the largest deals in industrial history, including a recent transaction at Carter Street Homebush for over $660 million, and most recently the Qantas Investment & Land Portfolio for $802 million.
Working in a changing and often challenging market, Michael prides himself on providing creative agency solutions to his clients., keeping ahead of the trends, and leveraging off Colliers' industry-leading platforms, to ensure his clients achieve better and faster results.
Trent has been in the real estate industry for over 16 years and in that time, he has thrived in this competitive industry and established himself as one of the most highly esteemed agents within the industry. He has honed his skills in varied markets whilst specialising in development sites, commercial buildings and industrial properties from which he has gained immense property knowledge. Jackson is the associate director of the Industrial and Logistics & Commercial divisions in our South Sydney office, specialising in the South Sydney and Inner West Markets.
Jackson joined Colliers in 2018, in the time since he joined, he has committed to understand the market and specialises in the sale and leasing of property in the South Sydney and Inner West markets.
He is hard-working, driven, is a great communicator and negotiator. He prides himself on his ability to be enterprising, evaluate the market, understand current trends to ensure all properties are marketed accordingly keeping in mind their highest and best use to attract desirable sales terms and lease rates for his clients. Jackson takes pride in the way that he is able to maximize the potential of property to accelerate the success of his clients. He continues to strive to become a market leader by implementing new and innovative marketing methods for his clients.
Jackson’s interest in the property industry began back in 2013 where he managed a property portfolio for a private investment trust, along with his experience, Jackson spent a number of years in New York City and has honed his skills in what is considered the toughest market in the world.
Jackson has gained many valuable skills in the industry which he uses daily. He is able to communicate effectively with all clients and ensures all parties from landlords to tenants, vendors and purchasers fully understand the process, have all questions answered and all satisfied with high level of service and attention to detail.
Mitchell is an Industrial & Logisitics Sales and Leasing Executive specialising in the South Sydney market. He works closely with Jeremy Green, Jackson Wray and Michael Crombie in the South Sydney team.
Since joining Colliers at the beginning of 2022, Mitchell has been involved in high-importance projects and initatives that involved constant communication and problem solving with managing directors through to employees of all levels across each service line within the business. This has developed Mitchell’s ability to professionally and effciently communicate clear outcomes and required processes to his clients which is a key contributor to Mitchell’s development and Collier’s success.
Chonte is a Personal Assistant at Colliers where she works within the industrial team based at the Mascot Office. Chonte works with a large and highly successful team of real estate agents to transact property in South Sydney and the Sutherland Shire.
Chonte has a strong background in administration, having previously worked for Opteon Property Group. Chonte started as the receptionist and proceeded to be the Team Leader for the Valuation Support team over a period of five years. Chonte's current role at Colliers sees her managing a team of busy agents by providing operational and administrative support to ensure property campaigns run smoothly.
Chonte is self-motivated and works well both autonomously and within a team environment. She takes pride in her work as she feels it is a representation of how she carry myself.
