My professional knowhow stems from an extensive career in retail property development, project leasing, site acquisition and disposals and property management.
I joined Colliers International after holding the position of National Business Manager for Stockland Commercial for 9 years. During this time I was responsible for the acquisition and disposal of just over $750M worth of Retail and Commercial assets.
Prior to my Capital Transactions role in Commercial Property, I was the Regional General Manager Leasing for the Stockland Shopping Centre portfolio.
Prior to Stockland, I was the National Leasing Manager for Lend Lease Retail here in Australia. I worked on some of Australia’s leading Retail projects including, Casuarina Darwin, Melbourne Central, Sunshine Plaza and Smithfield in QLD and Woden in the ACT. I was the Lend Lease Asset Manager for the Kiwi Income Fund and worked on several of their retail projects in New Zealand.
Prior to Lend Lease, I was a National Director with Jones Lang Wootton in both WA and NSW and ran the National Project Leasing team for again some of Australia’s best retail assets and Portfolios.
I also have a lengthy career in the media working for John Fairfax and Sons in TV and Radio for many years.

Alistair is a National Director in both the Investment Services & Capital Markets teams at Colliers International Adelaide. Alistair is a longstanding member of the team, having worked for Colliers International for over thirty one years.
Alistair has a wealth of experience and market knowledge focussing specifically on the Adelaide CBD and metro markets. He has extensive client relationships with active local, national and international investors.
Alistair's specialties include all forms of commercial investments, particularly in high-value CBD office towers, retail assets (in particular Rundle Mall retail, where he has sold in excess of 25 individual assets within Rundle Mall), and development sites.
As a senior operator, Alistair has developed strategic understanding of complex transactions, national client knowledge and local market conditions advantaging investors.
Associate Director | Investment Services
Tom is an Associate Director within the Melbourne City Sales Team at Colliers. He has extensive knowledge across the office, retail and development site asset classes.
Tom benefits from a deep and rounded understanding of commercial property stemming from previous experience in Office Leasing and Valuations at Colliers which followed a Bachelor of Business (Property) from The University of South Australia.
Tom originally joined Colliers in 2014 assisting the Valuations & Advisory Services team in undertaking office, retail and industrial sales analysis.
Tom has established an extensive client base from a variety of sectors including private and institutional investors, corporates, developers, receivers and government.

Paul is a Director in the South Australian Capital Markets and Investment Services team, having spent the last 28 of his 33 years in property with Colliers International Adelaide.
Paul has a broad knowledge base spanning across all sectors including office, retail, development and agribusiness real estate. Paul specifically focuses on institutional and investment grade assets in the office and retail sectors in Adelaide’s CBD and metro markets. He has extensive experience working with local, national and international clients and focus on exceeding his client’s expectations.
Paul is a Licensed Real Estate agent and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science (Property Valuation). His knowledge areas include strategic investment advice, sales and marketing strategy, and acquisition and disposal advice.
