Joseph has over 18 year's experience in the Brisbane office leasing market. His primary focus for the past 14 years is major project leasing in both new developments and major existing Premium and A Grade towers. In 2009 Joseph won both the Queensland REI and Australian REI Commercial Agent of the Year awards. In 2015 Joseph was a finalist in the DEXUS Commercial Agent of the Year Award.

Joseph's track record on pre-commitment leasing is enviable as joint appointed leasing agent for the Suncorp pre-commitment to 80 Ann Street to over 40,000sqm and Midtown Centre where Rio Tinto committed to 20,500sqm. In 2013 Joseph personally originated and led to completion of BHP’s pre-commitment to 16,500sqm at 480 Queen Street on behalf of Grocon and DEXUS. Joseph's other high profile new development leasing appointments over the past 10 years include: 1 king and 25 King Street, Bowen Hills RNA Showgrounds by Lendlease, 825 Ann Street by Laing O'Rourke, 32 Turbot Street by Nielson Properties, 545 Queen Street by APH, 333 Ann Street by Devine Limited and 179 Turbot Street by Amalgamated Properties.

Joseph has a first-hand understanding of the requirements of major tenants and is creative and relentless in the pursuit of engaging them. He has a strong client focus and has a strong commitment on all of his projects from the design phase right through to project delivery. He has a passion for seeing his projects get to 100% leased status.



Joseph has built a reputation amongst his clients to be a major lease negotiator within the CBD office market. Joseph has enjoyed success on a number of new major CBD developments and refurbishment appointments in the last five years including:

Midtown Centre (DMC Projects/Ashe Morgan) – 46,000m²
