Senior Executive, Marketing & Administration | Corporate
Julie is responsible for developing and overseeing marketing campaigns to promote products and services. Her role of marketing executive encompasses creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. She works closely with the Newcastle team in areas such as advertising and market research and enjoys developing and creating best practice systems and processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- overseeing and developing marketing campaigns
- conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences
- devising and presenting ideas and strategies
- promotional activities
- writing and proofreading creative copy
- coordinating internal marketing
- monitoring performance
Julie also works closely with the administration team throughout the company.
I have worked in the property industry for over thirty years having commenced my career initially in Sydney at Sallmanns International in 1989 as administrative support to the Valuation Department, then with Valuation firm Landsburys International.
In 1992 I relocated to Newcastle and continued working in Commercial Real Estate with Creer and Berkeley, LJ Hooker / Knight Frank then with Colliers International from 1999 where my roles were varied and included administration, property management, valuation support, and sales and leasing team support and more recently Operations Manager. My experience and in-depth knowledge of all facets of commercial real estate enables me to engage with clients and peers on all levels.
