Kate leads the direction of the National Facilities Management team by providing technical leadership and guidance across the operational management of the Real Estate Management (REM) portfolio.
Kate seeks to drive growth for the Real Estate Management team through client engagement and specialist engineering, facilities and sustainability initiatives, as well as project management excellence.
Kate's focus is developing new offerings, delivering projects and providing multi-discipline technical services. Kate delivers solutions for clients in areas such as technical and commercial advisory, asset re-positioning, due diligence, engineering design, renewable developments and operational performance across Asia-Pacific.
In recent roles, Kate has developed successful teams and offerings comprised of skilled engineers and technical specialists delivering projects, advisory services and engineering advice across the property sectors. These offerings were targeted to meet client’s key needs and filled knowledge gaps to provide a valued ongoing service.
Kate is an electrical engineer experienced in the property operational excellence, project delivery, design and construction of building services and electrical infrastructure for a variety of greenfield and brownfield assets in the commercial, retail, industrial, educational and healthcare sectors in Australia and Asia Pacific.
On a professional basis, Kate has sought to develop expertise in the following areas in relation to engineering and operational services:
Contract Management, Commercial Management, Communication, Due Diligence, Negotiation, Team Autonomy, Safety and Compliance.
