Krystal began her career at Colliers in 2009 as receptionist in the Newcastle Office. Promoted to Marketing Co-ordinator in 2011, Krystal was instrumental in the development and delivery of marketing collateral throughout all service lines for the Newcastle office.
In 2015, Krystal took a hiatus from work to travel throughout Europe and Central America before returning to Colliers in 2021 to provide high level marketing and assistance to the Residential Project Marketing Team.
Krystal ensures our clients benefit from the latest marketing technologies for their property and our experts are leading and innovating with marketing to maximise the value of their property.

Kimberley started with Colliers in 2015 in the Finance department in a maternity leave position and moved to the newly formed Residential Project Marketing team shortly after as team assistant. Finding her passion for property in this area, Kimberley assisted the Director of Project Marketing in Newcastle in creating exceptional client service and establishing best practice services as well as streamlining processes for sales agents and delivery of Project Marketing. Recognised for her contribution, Kimberley was promoted to Executive Assistant in 2019 and Associate Director/ Operations Manager in 2021. Kimberley continues to provide exceptional client service and takes pride in her relationships and contributions to clients, purchasers and team members alike.
Kimberley obtained her Class 2 Real Estate licence in 2022 to further her career and commitment to the Colliers team and allow her to pursue the highest quality of service to our clients.

Edward Crawford has an impressive track record in driving commercial and development outcomes in major infrastructure, mixed use, residential and commercial projects. Working across public infrastructure (airport, University) commercial, high density apartment, medium density, over 55’s, tourism + leisure, and new residential community segments, Ed has helped deliver solid revenue results for an extensive blue chip client base. Ed’s key skills are in delivering sales results, property strategy, project delivery, implementing complex commercial agreements, people development, and partner and stakeholder management.

Christian's objective is to be the specialist apartment seller in Newcastle for off the plan apartment sales and development sites. He has been doing this for 13 years now and has had a chance to fine tune his skills and really understand the complex side of off the plan selling. He has come along way in achieving this already with well over 1000 apartment sales and a depth of knowledge that noone else has in this particular section of the market.
He has now been with Colliers Newcastle for 4 years and has continued to grow the residential side each year with major project listings and achieving outstanding results in all markets. Since starting with Colliers the team has been involved in 8 major projects selling them out in record time while achieving record prices for each area. Christian is excited about the continued training and support which comes with being part of the Colliers brand and as a team the residential Newcastle office has exciting and ground breaking projects to be delived to the market in the near future.
Christian started his career selling off the plan with Robinson Property and was involved in 12 projects from pre selling off the plan for funding right through to completion of the project and reselling some on completion. He has also sold apartments in almost all the inner city buildings and have a good understanding of what is available in the city in terms of buildings and apartment types.
Christian is continuing on his career path of being Newcastles best off the plan seller with the backing off the most successful real estate name in Australia. Currently selling the Huntington apartments for Doma with 2 major projects in Newcastle CBD coming in the next 6-12 months.
