To whom it may concern,
I appointed Leah Freney on several valuations throughout Queensland and Northern Territory for Pre-Sales advice. Leah had initially acted on our behalf for resumption purposes in prior years. Her knowledge, Agribusiness experience, consistent contact and feedback throughout the process was second to none. We were extremely thrilled to find someone after searching for many years, who we could trust with the negotiating process and provide clear answers to our queries. Not only were we impressed the first time using her, she has continued this first-class service throughout every appointment.
Leah is an asset to any property with her industry knowledge and we look forward to using her for future appointments.
Greg and I would like to thank you for the terrific result you achieved with the sale of our property ‘Jondell’ at Wolvi, Queensland. We sold a reasonably large integrated Macadamia orchard in October 2021.
Leah Freney and Rawdon Briggs from Colliers assisted us with the sale of our property, with Leah leading the onsite inspections.
Leah was able to overcome the difficulties posed by Covid and interstate borders closures. We were impressed by Leah’s skilful approach to the marketing and sale of our property.
Leah’s background in property valuation was very significant in the successful sale of our property.
She gathered comprehensive and detailed information of our property, and all the information to back up her understanding of the property, including accessing detailed soil records, inputs, pest control and delivery reports to our processor. She made sure she was fully prepared and understood the operation before trying to sell the property.
She had an intimate understanding of the property and spent a considerable amount of time onsite. It was clear she had a detailed knowledge of the Macadamia industry, the operation and intricacies of Macadamia farming and marketing from previous valuation experience.
Leah’s background in property valuation was also very significant.
We were very impressed with her approach and professionalism. Judging by the feedback from prospective purchasers, they were too.
Colliers were very professional and easy to deal with, followed through with detailed marketing plans and strategies. We had over 480 enquires, 37 inspections, 5 formal offers to purchase, resulting in 2 formal Contracts of Sale. We were thrilled with the result as it was well above expectations and setting a new Sunshine Coast Macadamia Dryland record.
We would highly recommend them in any capacity. We were very grateful with Leah’s and Rawdon’s help. It made our emotional sale very easy.
