Liesel is a Director and a member of the Australian Senior Leadership Team. Liesel is responsible for managing Colliers premises portfolio nationally and focus on commercial processes to enhance decision efficiency across the business, responsibilities include workplace health and safety for over 1300 staff and delivering memorable service to enhance productivity through the leadership of our National Administration function.
Liesel operate in a highly accountable and pressured executive position and is responsible for leading the national strategy and its delivery in the areas of risk management, office productivity customer experience, corporate services, operations, premises and procurement together with driving business enabling projects to achieve tangible outcomes. She works closely with the ANZ leadership teams across Colliers International to enhance productivity and lead with innovation.
Liesel's expertise extend across technology, operations, risk mitigation in commercial functions platforms, developed through her leadership roles spanning across a range of industries and countries, including organisations like QBE Insurance, Deloitte, Morgan Stanley and the Law Society of NSW.
