Natasha joined Colliers in 2019 as Team Assistant (Healthcare & Retirement Living Transactions). Now as Personal Assistant to the head of Healthcare & Retirement Living Asia Pacific, and with 11+ years’ experience, Natasha works closely with the Healthcare & Retirement Living team to prepare major submissions, presentations, pitches, and marketing materials, including resourcing information, risk assessments, and case studies.
Natasha supports the implementation, consistency, and utilisation of company systems and processes, ensuring that technology is effectively used in accordance with company standards and expectations.
In addition, Natasha provides expert administration support for Colliers’ healthcare portfolio and acts as a brand guardian for the Colliers brand.
Natasha is also undertaking a Diploma in Graphic design and a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design.

Leon Hadchiti is Director | Valuation, Healthcare & Retirement Living. Leon has had in excess of 12 years’ experience in the valuation of Retirement Villages, Residential Aged Care Facilities, Hospitals, Medical Centres, Land Lease Communities (Manufactured Home Estates) and Greenfield/Brownfield Development sites.
Leon is responsible for the management of an experienced team of Valuers, where he has held the title of Director since mid-2017, and although based in Sydney, Australia, possesses the qualifications, knowledge base and experience in Healthcare valuations across Australia.
I began my career within the property industry in 2013 initially gaining foundation experience at a National Valuation firm based in the Sydney CBD where I was involved in the valuation of a broad range of assets, for varying purposes.
I joined Colliers International in August 2015 to extend my knowledge on going concern valuations with a role in the Healthcare & Retirement Living Sector (predominantly working in the Caravan Parks and Manufacted Home Estate sector). The diversity and constantly changing dynamics of the property industry keeps me interested and passionate about what I do.

Nigel commenced his career in the Real Estate industry back in 2003 and has over 15 years’ experience in the property valuation profession.
Prior to re-joining Colliers International in 2019, Nigel practiced as a specialist valuer at CBRE for 4 years in their Retirement and Healthcare team, providing specialised valuation advice across Australia.
Prior to CBRE, Nigel worked at Colliers International for approximately 9 years in their Healthcare & Retirement Living team.
Nigel has extensive experience in providing specialised valuation advice to both private and public-sector owners, not for profit groups and major lending institutions for retirement villages, residential aged care facilities, private hospitals, NDIS SDA Housing and medical centres. This advice has been provided for acquisition, mortgage security and financial reporting purposes.
Justin is responsible for listing, servicing and completing transactions in the Healthcare & Retirement Living sectors. Nationally, the division is the largest transactional team of its type specialising in these sectors.
Justin’s sole focus is to offer the highest professional service to his clients and to achieve a positive outcome for all parties involved. He provides specialist advice and guidance for clients
Justin has valuable experience in the property investment and development sector, with specific specialist knowledge in Healthcare & Retirement Living.
He has a long history of transaction execution, project marketing, project and feasibility assessment, determining and negotiating property acquisitions and disposals, property analysis, establishing property development direction, major lease negotiation, project management of property development projects and major building contract negotiation.
