As a Project Manager within the Sydney Residential team, Marina is responsible for planning and overseeing the sales and marketing campaigns of the Residential Projects, and works together with the Project Directors to ensure a successful outcome for our clients.
With six years of experience working across sales and Marketing in the property industry, she has a diverse skill set with experience in strategy, campaign management through direct and digital channels, customer insights, website and collateral development and project management.

Specialising in Residential Project Marketing, Blake works with the NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing and managing projects, and the sales team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects. My clients rely on his solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.
He works closely with various teams including project marketing, development site sales, land marketing and general agency to win and retain clients. In addition to the residential project marketing business, Blake works collaboratively with other teams within Colliers International including capital markets, retail and commercial to provide high-level advice regarding their clients' property to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
Blake currently works as a Director for the NSW Residential Project Marketing business within Colliers International. Within this role he works closely with the Managing Director, Diana Sarcasmo, across all new residential project marketing opportunities both locally in Sydney and nationally. For our clients, we seek to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
He also works alongside the other NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing, and managing projects and the sales team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. As a Director in the Colliers International Residential team, Ian is hands-on working with an expert team of Residential Property Sales and Sites specialists offering end-to-end Project Marketing.
At Colliers we offer a full suite of services from development site opportunities, advice on the right mix of product, floor plan designs, fittings and fixtures, market analysis and pricing, timing, and strategy of marketing initiatives through to display fit-out, public release, on-site sales and on-going property management.
We also work closely with the Project Consultants to manage the success of the project from the start including Architects, PR agencies , Creative agencies, Interior Designers, Lawyers, Surveyors and Local Businesses.
Ian is focused on leading the growth and development of the Residential Sales Team through providing diverse and integrated Residential Property Services, enhancing client engagement strategies, cross-selling and fostering service excellence amongst all our clients and customers.
Having worked for some of Colliers International's top clients such as Australand, Stockland, DHA and Capital Bluestone I have been able to bring a wealth of knowledge to the team with regard to what our clients wants and needs are when it comes to their projects.

- The Newlands in St Leonards on behalf of Top Spring Australia (330 apartments): The Newlands was more than just another apartment project; it was a testament to Daniel's ability to understand the aspirations of modern homeowners. Through innovative marketing campaigns and strategic positioning, The Newlands catapulted into the spotlight, attracting discerning buyers from all corners. The Newlands had become a captivating project, not only from a design perspective but also from the success achieved with $140m in sales made within a 7 month period over the first three releases out of the total of five buildings.
- Montaine Residences in Mount Annan on behalf of Sunland Group (139 townhouses): Amidst the serene landscapes of Mount Annan, Montaine Residences was born. Thanks to Daniel's unwavering dedication, this project blossomed into a vibrant community of townhouses that offered residents an escape from the ordinary. Success on this project was achieved within a 12 month period from launch with all 139 townhouses sold during the first lockdown of COVID-19 and was Sunland Group's final development.
As Daniel continued to spearhead successful projects, his influence on the real estate landscape became more apparent. Natalie is equipped with the knowledge and skill to implement strategic marketing initiatives for the national residential team. With over 13 years’ experience in residential and project marketing, Natalie is responsible for the positioning of the Colliers brand ensuring a consistent high level of brand integrity is maintained across the corporate and residential team nationally.
Commencing her real estate career in London, Natalie worked for one of the UK’s largest real estate firms Countrywide PLC. Since relocating back to Australia she joined McGrath, providing strategic sales and marketing support to top agents then leading to transition into the projects division where she was responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across NSW, Qld & Vic.

With over 39 years' experience in Real Estate, Peter has become an expert in prestige project marketing and auctions, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and integrity to the Colliers International residential team.

My role as Finance & Accounts Administration Manager in the NSW Residential team has provided me with extensive and in depth knowledge of the real estate industry and the financial processes that run in the background of a successful project. My skills in managing our project databases and the accounting side of our project marketing divsion ensures a smooth transaction for our vendors and purchasers.
On a day-to-day basis I will liaise and work closely with our team of sales agents, our marketing team, the Project Directors, purchasers, vendors and solicitors, giving me a holistic view of the entire Residential project marketing process. My current role is as Senior Personal Assistant to the NSW Development Sites Team at Colliers; supporting the National Directors and the extended residential site development team with administration and marketing requirements.
My role includes high volume calendar management for each Director, working on submissions and presentations using InDesign and PowerPoint, assisting with various ad hoc tasks such as printing, pricing and formatting, and supporting the Directors in management of the sales team including planning the weekly roster for the sales agents and setting their annual goals each year.
As Personal Assistant I am responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the NSW Development Site business. This includes taking initiatives to improve processes and building relationships with and liaising with other product lines and corporate team members to ensure success.
