Finance & Accounts Administration Manager
My role as Finance & Accounts Administration Manager in the NSW Residential team has provided me with extensive and in depth knowledge of the real estate industry and the financial processes that run in the background of a successful project. My skills in managing our project databases and the accounting side of our project marketing divsion ensures a smooth transaction for our vendors and purchasers.
On a day-to-day basis I will liaise and work closely with our team of sales agents, our marketing team, the Project Directors, purchasers, vendors and solicitors, giving me a holistic view of the entire Residential project marketing process. My team rely on me to provide them with up to date information regarding the status of our projects and related contracts as well as ensuring invoices are generated and paid in a timely manner.

As a Director in the Colliers International Residential team, Ian is hands-on working with an expert team of Residential Property Sales and Sites specialists offering end-to-end Project Marketing.
At Colliers we offer a full suite of services from development site opportunities, advice on the right mix of product, floor plan designs, fittings and fixtures, market analysis and pricing, timing, and strategy of marketing initiatives through to display fit-out, public release, on-site sales and on-going property management.
We also work closely with the Project Consultants to manage the success of the project from the start including Architects, PR agencies , Creative agencies, Interior Designers, Lawyers, Surveyors and Local Businesses.
Ian is focused on leading the growth and development of the Residential Sales Team through providing diverse and integrated Residential Property Services, enhancing client engagement strategies, cross-selling and fostering service excellence amongst all our clients and customers.
Having worked for some of Colliers International's top clients such as Australand, Stockland, DHA and Capital Bluestone I have been able to bring a wealth of knowledge to the team with regard to what our clients wants and needs are when it comes to their projects.
Working alongside my fellow NSW Directors, we manage a large and diverse team of sales agents, all with skills and expertise across all aspects of residential real estate, providing for a highly talented and successful team. Supported by our experienced marketing team and our valuable back of house administration team, we consistently position our clients for success.
Ian’s experience in selling Projects off-the Plan range from boutique to master-planned communities has seen successful results for various clients and projects including Woolooware Bay (Cronulla Sharks re-development and town centre in Woolooware), The Flour Mill in Summer Hill, West End, Glebe to name just a few.
Associate Director, Project Management
As an Associate Directer for Marketing within the NSW Residential team, I work with the Project Directors to successfully list and sell projects through the development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies.
With eight years' experience working across residential property and destination marketing, I have a diverse skill set with extensive experience in strategy, campaign management through direct and digital channels, and further experience in project marketing, business development, customer insights, website and collateral development, event management and public relations.
I gained international property marketing experience working for a leading property agency in London, where I was responsible for corporate marketing and launching residential projects in the UK and offshore in Asia.
Prior to working in the property industry, I worked for the Hong Kong Tourism Board, where I coordinated projects across trade and consumer marketing and public relations.
Managing Director | Residential
My professional knowhow stems from an extensive career in Residential property development, project marketing, site acquisition and property valuation.
I rejoined Colliers International 11 years ago as Managing Director, and since then I have worked to grow my team and our Residential division by more than 300%.
Across the country we have successfully launched and sold over 100 Residential projects, and we have played an instrumental role in every aspect of these successes for our clients.
I have built a team that offers the complete end to end service for our clients and customers alike, from the site aquisition right through to the sale and settlement of every last apartment.
My 30+ years of experience in real estate, and genuine passion for property has seen me involved across numerous key industry bodies and groups, as well as the establishment of my own thought leading blog, projectagenda.com.au with over 4000 followers from within the industry.
Prior to my time at Colliers International, I held the position of National Sales and Marketing Manager for Stockland Apartments. During his time I launched and managed a national portfolio of major projects and led a large national sales and marketing team. Prior to this, I started and ran my own successful project marketing company, Realm Project Marketing, for three years specialising in large land estates, housing and apartment projects predominantly in NSW, providing a high level of service that extended beyond the traditional sales appointment.
In my earlier role at Colliers International I was the National Director, Residential Land Marketing, where I established a highly successful division which led to the appointment of our business to project market several major estates in Sydney and Melbourne, which commenced long lasting relationships that our business still maintains today.
I currently hold the role of Executive Assistant to Peter Chittenden, Managing Director of the Australian Residential Team. Organisational skills and being proactive and motivated are vital to my role in assisting my Managing Director day-to-day. Supporting the head of one of Colliers International's largest and most profitable divisions requires a high level of confidentiality, good communication skills, and the ability to make decisions on behalf of my Manager in his absence.
Being based in the Sydney CBD office, I also work closely with the NSW Residential team with tasks including: submissions, presentations, events, fee forecast collation, debtor reporting, diary management, management of the Residential Sharepoint site, assisting with NSW launches and other tasks.
Prior to my role with the Residential team, I was a Team Assistant within the NSW Investment Sales team for 3.5 years where I assisted with: submissions, Information Memorandums, events, auctions, data entry, client liaison (purchasers and vendors), financial and staff training.
During my tenure at Colliers International I have also been the Sydney CBD Community Care Champion and Social Club Coordinator.
Prior to this, I was a Team Assistant within the NSW Investment Sales team for 3.5 years where I assisted with: submissions, Information Memorandums, events, auctions, data entry, client liaison (purchasers and vendors), financial and staff training.
Andrew is an experienced Senior Sales Executive in the project marketing real estate industry for the past 9 years. Skilled in Negotiation, Apartments, Land Sales, Real Estate Development, and Contract Negotiation. Strong sales professional with a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) focused in Marketing from University of Wollongong.
In Andrew's first year with Colliers International he personally transacted over $100,000,000 in residential off the plan real estate.
Sales Director | Project Marketing
With over 35 years' experience in Real Estate, I have become an expert in prestige project marketing and auctions, bringing a wealth of experience, knowledge and integrity to the Colliers International residential team.
I work alongside my fellow Directors to manage and lead the NSW Residential team, overseeing the marketing and sales teams to ensure a high level of service is provided to our vendors and purchasers alike, and that they achieve success through their parnership with Colliers International.
Prior to my current tenure at Colliers, I owned and operated a successful franchise in Neutral Bay for 8 years focusing on auctions and high-end Residential before joining Colliers International for the first time in 1998. In 2007 I joined CBRE Residential Projects and was earmarked to grow the resale business and focus on high-end residential projects before then returning to Colliers International.
During my years in Residential Real Estate, I have been instrumental in some record breaking sales at Milsons Point, Neutral Bay, Potts Point, Abbotsford and most notably set a record in Sydney with the sale of the Hyde Penthouse for $12.5m. I take great pride in providing solid and honest advice to all my clients and building strong relationships with vendors and purchasers, ensuring that I become their main point of contact for all their residential needs.
Sales Director, Project Marketing
As a Director of Residential Project Marketing at Colliers International, Selda’s role is to fundamentally work side by side with our developer clients in order to seek opportunities and develop and implement strategies to accelerate their success with regards to residential property. Her knowledge and expertise in the project marketing arena is unparalleled coupled with her sales experience and capabilities, Selda provides a unique skill set and insights advising our valued clients. With recent personal notable sales including “The Penthouse at 111 Castlereagh St, Sydney selling for $35,000,000 and the two “Sub-Penthouses” selling for $19,500,000 and $18,000,000 respectively.
Selda provides critical advice to developers, including market insights, trends, gap analysis, development advice including product mix, size, design recommendations providing valuable advice around the saleability & liveability of a product, target buyers an pricing. In addition to this, Selda also directly sells off-the-plan properties thus providing a full circle service for our valued clients.
Selda is involved in presenting to developers, listing projects, drafting, implementing and executing robust sales and marketing strategies, managing projects from initial conception, launch right through to marketing the last apartment. Selda also has a hands on approach as she is also involved in sales. This dual role allows her to be fully immersed within her projects. With over 27 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, and more specifically with off-the-plan project marketing, Selda’s clients rely on her proven industry expertise of the ever-changing landscape of the property market to provide market commentary as their trusted advisor and ensure the success of their projects.
I first began my career in the real estate industry working as a Property Manager managing a mixed portfolio of 150 commercial and residential tenancies. My ability to work autonomously and efficiently allowed me to progress quickly to working alongside the Directors at Ray White Bondi Junction, assisting with the management of the office and their sales, following on then to an Executive Assistant role at Laing+Simmons Double Bay, selling and managing properties for clients in the prestige market.
Having worked in Australia's most prestigious real estate market assisting 2012 REINSW Agent of the Year, D'Leanne Lewis at Laing+Simmons Double Bay, and being awarded for my efforts during this time by receiving an Outstanding Personal Assistant Gold Award in the Laing+Simmons Network and being award for my Outstanding Customer Service was a significant stepping stone to my entry into Colliers International as part of the NSW Residential team.
My past roles have given me a breadth of experience ranging from commercial leasing and management, residential sales, leasing and managment, and off-the-plan marketing. Working in the Sydney real estate industry for over 15 years after commencing my real estate career in Cape Town, I have become a specialist in the prestigious Northern CBD and Harbour Foreshore area. My detailed knowledge of premier residential buildings and properties, in addition to my focus on reliable and efficient communication with my clients at all times, plays an important part in achieving a successful outcome whether my client is a vendor or purchaser.

National Director, Finance & Operations | Residential
I joined PRDnationwide in 2005 with a focus on accounting for Project Marketing. Shortly after, Colliers International purchased PRD and I transferred to Sydney to join Corporate Finance. My focus since then has been around supporting the Managing Directors on the decision making and planning capability of their product lines. In 2016 I joined the Residential Team as the National Finance Director. My specialities include;

Specialising in Residential Project Marketing, Blake works with the NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing and managing projects, and the sales team, to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Providing regular market commentary and advice regarding design, mix and pricing of their projects. My clients rely on his solid research and market knowledge to assist them in making the best decisions for the success of their project.
He works closely with various teams including project marketing, development site sales, land marketing and general agency to win and retain clients. In addition to the residential project marketing business, Blake works collaboratively with other teams within Colliers International including capital markets, retail and commercial to provide high-level advice regarding their clients' property to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
Blake currently works as a Director for the NSW Residential Project Marketing business within Colliers International. Within this role he works closely with the Managing Director, Peter Chittenden, across all new residential project marketing opportunities both locally in Sydney and nationally. For our clients, we seek to service their requirements across all phases of their current and future developments.
He also works alongside the other NSW Residential Directors, pitching, listing, and managing projects and the sales team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our developer clients. Channel Sales Manager
My first role at Colliers International was as Administrator of Accounts and Contracts for the Residential team. During my time in this role, I processed over 6,000 sales advices, contracts, EOI deposits and deposit balances. I also liaised very closely with the Directors in my team, as well as the sales agents, marketing team, vendors, purchasers and solictors, giving me an all-round intimate view and knowledge of the residential sales process. My high attention to detail and focus on providing a professional level of service delivery ensured that all financials were accurate and processed in a timely manner.
As Channel Sales Manager, I assist the Directors as required to ensure the success of our residential projects through the investment sales platform, whilst providing high quality customer service and efficient sales in projects. I have a detailed understanding of international business, business law, marketing and communications through my studies and professional experience which serves me well in my role when interacting with solicitors, purchasers and vendors.
Prior to joining Colliers, my background involved specialising in the deployment of many advertising campaigns across airports and shopping centres within Australia and New Zealand. In addition, I managed the advertising executions and promotions for many blue chip finance companies, automotive, and consumer goods corporations. My various roles in property, corporate communications, and IT have enabled me to have a holistic understanding of various industries and experience dealing with all levels of clientele.
