A graduate from The Southport School, Marlon Crawford is Senior Executive of the industrial division for Colliers on the Gold Coast.
He services all industrial assets (both selling and leasing) ranging from; land sub-divisions, freestanding buildings and strata-titled warehouses. In addition to this, Marlon also specialises in showroom leases and mixed-use site sales.
Marlon has also been involved in several successful commercial property projects, with key clients that he continually does business with.
In 2018, the Gold Coast office was recognised as The REIQ 2018 Queensland Commercial Agency of the Year, a prestigious award from the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
To date, Marlon has personally negotiated over $60 million worth of commercial property and negotiated over $5 million worth of leasing value per annum.

Daniel's industrial property career started in 2006, and during this time he has worked with a wide-range of clientele, including national/global corporations, private and institutional developers, receivers and managers, local and state government departments, high net-worth investors, and local businesses.
Daniel has negotiated over $200 million in sales and more than 200,000m² in leasing of various industrial assets, including englobo land, serviced land, freehold buildings, business parks and strata-titled units.

Commencing my commercial agency career in 2000 on the Gold Coast, then joining Colliers International in 2004 I quickly established a specialisation for industrial property transactions within the Gold Coast market.
So successful was this untapped area, I made a name for myself as the only industrial specialist within this market, to which other agencies tried to emulate.
I have since become a Director in the Industrial Division at Colliers International Gold Coast.
I work with existing industrial owners, corporate enterprises, investors, tenants and all sectors of industrial real estate. I have been responsible for the majority of the largest industrial transactions across the Gold Coast over the past 19 years.
Alex joined the Industrial Sales and Leasing team at Colliers International on the Gold Coast in January 2020. His focus is servicing clients within Yatala Enterprise Area and Coomera/Upper Coomera industrial markets.
He has completed a Master of Valuation and Property Development at Bond University as well as a Bachelor of Commerce Majoring in Business Law at Murdoch University.
Alex’s qualifications and diverse experience within the real estate industry have enabled him to be enterprising and exceed clients’ expectations.
