Michael is the National Director of Property Sales & Leasing at Colliers International and also holds the role of Director in Charge for the Sydney South office. Based in Mascot, Michael's team of eleven agents is one of the highest performing teams in Australia.
Since joining Colliers' in 2001, Michael's specialisation is core South Sydney, with a heavy focus on large transactions of land, investments and residential sites as well as large leasing mandates. Michael has worked on some of the largest deals in industrial history, including a recent transaction at Carter Street Homebush for over $660 million.

Trent has been in the real estate industry for over 14 years and in that time, he has thrived in this competitive industry and established himself as one of the most highly esteemed agents within the industry. He has honed his skills in varied markets whilst specialising in commercial and industrial properties from which he has gained immense property knowledge. Since coming to Colliers International, he has excelled across the property spectrum and has become known for his hard work becoming the leading agent in the Sutherland Shire, St George, South Sydney, South West and the Inner West markets.
Trent has been involved in some of Sydney’s most notable sale transactions which includes the old Toyota HQ at 13 Endeavour Road, Caringbah and the Qantas investment and land portfolio at Mascot. Trent has also been involved in some of Sydney’s most notable industrial and commercial leases along with notable pre-lease transactions which includes the new 18,000m Harvey Norman warehouse at Casula.
Trent continues to endeavour to be at the forefront of the industry with innovative methods in canvassing, marketing and strategic sales. He strives to actualize the goals of his vendors and work hand in hand with prospective purchasers to ensure all parties achieve the best result efficiently.

Edward has more than five years’ experience in the property industry and has successfully set current land, freehold and strata records in the Sutherland shire industry market since commencement with Colliers, notably being 80 Woodfield Boulevarde, Caringbah in 2016, 11 Wurrook Circuit, Caringbah in 2017 and Unit 9/70-72 Captain Cook Drive, Caringbah in 2019.
Edward has gained exceptional property knowledge of the South Sydney, St George, Sutherland Shire and inner west markets and forged excellent relationships with key local, national and international buyers and tenants. He has risen quickly through the ranks since starting with Colliers International, obtaining Rookie of the Year Award in 2017 and being promoted to Associate Director in 2018.
Edward's skills broaden, from selling small to large development sites, off the plan sale of industrial projects, small to large leasing transactions, selling freehold down to small industrial strata units and commerical investment sales making him an invaluable member of the South Sydney Colliers International team.
Nick joined the property Industry at the end of 2015 moving across from the financial sector. Since then his dominance in his market has been well recognised, orchestrating numerous large transactions whilst taking extremely diligent care of his clients and their best interest.
Constantly exceeding his clients' expectations Nick has developed a reputation as one of South Sydney’s best and most capable agents while he constantly strives for success within each and every deal he completes.
Over the last 2 years Nick has had a large focus on numerous Project Marketing appointments in which he successfully saw through from the planning and marketing phase to selling off the plan all the way to completion. There has been over $65 million in sales within these projects.
Nick knows the South Sydney market extremely well, dealing with all potential buyers and property owners, he has transacted on a large amount of deals stemming from the strong relationships he obtains with all of his clients.

With over 10 years experience in the real estate industry I joined Colliers International in 2013 on a temporary basis working in the Parramatta office as a Team Assistant supporting the Industrial team. I was then offered the position of Team Assistant in the South Sydney office based in Mascot supporting a team of 8 agents and was promoted to Personal Assistant working alongside Michael Crombie, National Director and Director in Charge.
Tom commenced his real estate career in 2010, working for Tungsten Property in Soho, New York, focusing on sales and leasing of commercial and residential properties, and since has worked for major local and international commercial property companies, such as Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield & LJ Hooker Commercial which Tom has gained immense property knowledge and invaluable tools.
Tom's market knowledge paired with his personal traits, education and relationships allow him to achieve continued success with each transaction he is involved in.

Jackson is a Senior Executive in our South Sydney office, specialising in the commercial freehold and retail markets in South Sydney and the Inner West.
Jackson joined Colliers in 2018, in the time since he joined, he has committed to understand the market and specialises in the sale and leasing of Commercial and Retail properties in the South Sydney and Inner West market.
He is hard-working, driven, is a great communicator and negotiator. He prides himself on his ability to be enterprising, evaluate the market, understand current trends to ensure all properties are marketed accordingly keeping in mind their highest and best use to attract desirable sales terms and lease rates for his clients.

Jackson's interest in the property industry began back in 2013 where he managed a property portfolio for a private investment trust, along with his experience, Jackson spent a number of years in New York City and has honed his skills in what is considered the toughest market in the world.
Jackson has gained many valuable skills in the industry which he uses daily. He is able to communicate effectively with all clients and ensures all parties from landlords to tenants, vendors and purchasers fully understand the process, have all questions answered and all satisfied with high level of service and attention to detail.
Amy currently has eight years’ experience in the property industry with direct experience in office administration and marketing over a wide spectrum of sectors. She is a Graduate of Public Relations and Management with a strong drive and motivation to take the appropriate steps towards a fulfilling and long-lasting career within the commercial property sector.
Amy joined Colliers International in April 2016, since commencement Amy has worked within a number of departments including the Rural & Agribusiness Valuation & Transaction Services team and the Valuation & Advisory Services team.
Looking for further development within her career, Amy now works within the Colliers International South Sydney team supporting the National Director of Property Sales & Leasing, Trent Gallagher.
