Michael joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018. As a Manager within the Development Site Sales team, he specialises in selling large parcels of land for subdivision and redevelopment in Melbourne’s growth corridors.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Michael spent 8 years working with one of Australia’s largest finance, land and construction companies where he managed a team of sales consultants. The experience and knowledge he gained in his previous roles has positioned him with a unique and intricate understanding of his clients and the market.
Michael is able to provide his clients with strategic guidance from the beginning of the sales process, through to the conceptualisation of the end product. His areas of expertise are sales and marketing strategy, buyer profiling, market insight and affordability analysis.
Developing strong relationships with land owners and developers throughout Australia, Michael nurtures these relationships on a daily basis and assists these stakeholders to achieve their objectives.
Michael has been involved in landmark transactions in all of Victoria’s growth corridors.
