Natalie is equipped with the knowledge and skill to implement strategic marketing initiatives for the national residential team. With over 13 years’ experience in residential and project marketing, Natalie is responsible for the positioning of the Colliers brand ensuring a consistent high level of brand integrity is maintained across the corporate and residential team nationally.
Commencing her real estate career in London, Natalie worked for one of the UK’s largest real estate firms Countrywide PLC. Since relocating back to Australia she joined McGrath, providing strategic sales and marketing support to top agents then leading to transition into the projects division where she was responsible for implementing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across NSW, Qld & Vic.
Natalie then joined The Agency Projects at its inception assisting with brand development and positioning at the initial stages of development and taking the brand to launch. Natalie was responsible for all corporate marketing and communications ensuring brand integrity across the division and managing all facets of project marketing campaigns across NSW, Qld & Vic.
Managing Director | Residential
My professional knowhow stems from an extensive career in Residential property development, project marketing, site acquisition and property valuation.
I rejoined Colliers International 11 years ago as Managing Director, and since then I have worked to grow my team and our Residential division by more than 300%.
Across the country we have successfully launched and sold over 100 Residential projects, and we have played an instrumental role in every aspect of these successes for our clients.
I have built a team that offers the complete end to end service for our clients and customers alike, from the site aquisition right through to the sale and settlement of every last apartment.
My 30+ years of experience in real estate, and genuine passion for property has seen me involved across numerous key industry bodies and groups, as well as the establishment of my own thought leading blog, projectagenda.com.au with over 4000 followers from within the industry.
Prior to my time at Colliers International, I held the position of National Sales and Marketing Manager for Stockland Apartments. During his time I launched and managed a national portfolio of major projects and led a large national sales and marketing team. Prior to this, I started and ran my own successful project marketing company, Realm Project Marketing, for three years specialising in large land estates, housing and apartment projects predominantly in NSW, providing a high level of service that extended beyond the traditional sales appointment.
In my earlier role at Colliers International I was the National Director, Residential Land Marketing, where I established a highly successful division which led to the appointment of our business to project market several major estates in Sydney and Melbourne, which commenced long lasting relationships that our business still maintains today.
I currently hold the role of Executive Assistant to Peter Chittenden, Managing Director of the Australian Residential Team. Organisational skills and being proactive and motivated are vital to my role in assisting my Managing Director day-to-day. Supporting the head of one of Colliers International's largest and most profitable divisions requires a high level of confidentiality, good communication skills, and the ability to make decisions on behalf of my Manager in his absence.
Being based in the Sydney CBD office, I also work closely with the NSW Residential team with tasks including: submissions, presentations, events, fee forecast collation, debtor reporting, diary management, management of the Residential Sharepoint site, assisting with NSW launches and other tasks.
Prior to my role with the Residential team, I was a Team Assistant within the NSW Investment Sales team for 3.5 years where I assisted with: submissions, Information Memorandums, events, auctions, data entry, client liaison (purchasers and vendors), financial and staff training.
During my tenure at Colliers International I have also been the Sydney CBD Community Care Champion and Social Club Coordinator.
Prior to this, I was a Team Assistant within the NSW Investment Sales team for 3.5 years where I assisted with: submissions, Information Memorandums, events, auctions, data entry, client liaison (purchasers and vendors), financial and staff training.
National Director, Finance & Operations | Residential
I joined PRDnationwide in 2005 with a focus on accounting for Project Marketing. Shortly after, Colliers International purchased PRD and I transferred to Sydney to join Corporate Finance. My focus since then has been around supporting the Managing Directors on the decision making and planning capability of their product lines. In 2016 I joined the Residential Team as the National Finance Director. My specialities include;
- EBITDA modelling;
- pricing and tenders;
- acquisitions and management of subsidiaries and joint ventures;
- process improvement;
- remuneration structuring;
- project management;
- scenario planning and stress testing;
- budgeting and forecasting; and
- people management.
