I, Nerissa Moodley have acquired in-depth knowledge within the Real Estate Management Sector of Colliers in the past year. I have a strong client orientated approach and the ability to work with minimal supervision to maintain and build relationships at all levels of the business both internally and externally of the organisation namely with the contractors, tenants and colleagues. Currently, I maintain the property management data at a comprehensive level of Professionalism, Budget Reviews and justifications for annual budget preparation, Co-ordination of Casual Mall Leasing within the Centre by reviewing and approving requests as well as tracking payments to budgets to ensure maximization of revenue inclination, Process reimbursements, employee travel and expenses, account management including Contractor Invoicing and issuing work orders as a strategeic control and efficiency mechanism. Pro-efficient in I.T office support to assist my fellow colleagues.
Prior to working in Colliers, I have very extensive International experience within the Logistics and Supplychian Industry as a Claims Manager (Debt Recovery) and thereafter a Financial Creditor in DB Schenker in South Africa whereby I engulfed my indepth exposure to the admin functionalities . I have a Marketing Major and pursed the role of a Marketing and Sales Analyst within the Retail Sector in the year 2010.

I provide support to the onsite centre management team for key client, Primewest and Campbelltown Investment. I oversee the administration and general office management of the retail shopping centre. I handle arrears management, accounts payable, invoicing, lease adminstration, centre compliance, providing quality and exceptional customer experience to all stakeholders and supporting the day to day operations of Retail Shopping Centre.
Current Shopping Centre: Primewest Auburn Megamall, West Ryde Marketplace, Pemulwuy Marketplace, Spring Farm Shopping Centre, Homebase Campbelltown.
Previous Shopping Centre: Norton Plaza Shopping Centre, Leichhardt, Glenrose Village, Belrose on behalf of key client, Kildair.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I previously worked at Ralph Demolition Pty Ltd as Operations Coordinator / Demolition Consultant. I also had opportunity to gain experience and skills from working in Conveyancing, Commercial Real Estate and even Hospitality and Beauty therapy. I recently obtained my Degree at University of Technology Sydney in Bachelor of Property Economics that has allowed me to gain further knowledge in Property Law, Property Taxation/ Finance/ Accounting, Urban Planning, Sustainability, Construction Project Management, Marketing and Consumer Behavior and so much more relating to Property.
My strengths is providing natural ability to build rapport; enabling me to have a successful collaborative approach with my team, customers and tenants alike. I also have exceptional attention to detail in performing administrative and financial management tasks.
