Nic joined Colliers in February 2021 after obtaining his registration as a Valuer under both the API and VRB (Qld).
Nic commenced his career at Colliers as an Analyst in the residential space and this ensured he developed a keen understanding of the greater Brisbane residential market and the processes involved in the sale of development sites through to the pricing and marketing of residential projects (land, townhouses & apartments).
Q1 2022 saw Nic transition into an executive, and he has now been involved in numerous campaigns. Coupled with his valuation experience, Nic is an expert in the development site space.

Joining Colliers International in January 2010, Brendan is a dedicated development site sales expert, leading the team for greater Brisbane. Brendan has proven experience in development management, as well as valuation and advisory roles. He has undertaken a range of work across the residential, commercial and retail sectors for developers, financial institutions, fund managers, corporate clients and governments.
He has transacted a significant number of development sites and since 2015 alone, he has personally been involved in over $750 million worth of development site sales.
As a leader of the dominant development site sales team in the market place, Brendan has exceptional negotiation skills and unrivalled relationships with key decision makers looking to invest in greater Brisbane.

Joining Colliers in 2014, Adam specialises in the sale and marketing of residential development sites in the Greater Brisbane region as the Associate Director of Colliers Residential site sales team.
With a key focus on development, Adam works with an extensive range of residential developers and investors and has built strong relationships with key decision makers across the residential sector.
He has positioned himself as a trusted advisor to his clients and by utilising his relationship skills and understanding of the property market he is able to achieve great results for his vendors.
James has been working in the property sector since 2019 and is also a dedicated Property Economics student. His current role is in development site sales for Colliers International.
James has been involved in over $75,000,000 worth of transactions since 2020 with a wide array of clients both private and corporate. This has resulted in him developing an extensive understanding of the transaction processes (from a development and project sales perspective) for off the plan, brand new, established, luxury, investment, lifestyle and development properties.
Josh supports the Colliers Brisbane Residential Development Site Sales & Project Marketing teams as an expert in the analysis of market trends associated with medium-high density off the plan apartment projects, townhomes, and large estate subdivisons.
Josh has been in the property industry since 2019 and has worked directly for property developers before commencing his career in commercial real estate. This has resulted in him developing an extensive understanding of the property development process along with the transaction procceses associated with acquisition, all the way to project completion.
Andrew has been involved in the property and development industry for over 25 years overseeing in excess of 30,000 property transactions. Having worked on both the developer and agency side he has a thorough understanding of the acquisition, development and project marketing of residential subdivisions, masterplanned communities and medium and high density projects throughout Queensland.
As Director of Residential for Colliers International Andrew leads a team of over 40 professionals marketing some of Queensland’s leading residential land and apartment projects for both private and publicly listed clients.

Andrew is a qualified accountant commencing his career with AV Jennings responsible for the the South East Queensland Housing Division. Andrew has been a Director of Project Marketing for Colliers International for 25 years working for developers including Made and Crafted, the Sunland Group, the Doma Group, TJ International, Cedar Woods, Villaworld, Stockland, QM Properties, and Dexus. Current developments which Andrew leads the project marketing team include the 160 Macquarie St., St Lucia and Ethereal a $55m project in Indooroopilly.
