Nichole joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2021. In her role as Sales Manager, she is focused on selling off the plan apartments.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Nichole spent five years at Three Sixty Property Group and two years at Frasers Property, during this time she built an in-depth understanding of Melbourne apartment buyers and market influences.
With 9 years of experience in Project Marketing and Sales, Nichole has established a reputation for achieving outstanding results for her clients. She has made a significant contribution to the business in a short time.
Some of her career highlights include selling $30million worth of residences in Deepdene, one of Melbourne’s most prestigious pockets, achieving the apartment record price in Moonee Ponds and managing 370 sales in just 72 hours at the Avant development on A’Beckett Street.
