Over the past 8 years, Nick handled both the leasing and recent sale of our warehouse in Botany.
Always punctual, always communicated promptly, always actioned swiftly follow-ups and documentation.
The sale of the warehouse took some 3 months which was expected as it was a rare combination of
commercial and residential so needed the right buyer who, like me, saw the potential. The property
is large huge and we were inundated with prospective buyers, each purchaser needing up to 2 hours
to see through and then come back for multiple viewings. At all times Nick was patient and put in the
leg work and at the end of each week gave me a run down on who was offering what , when and how.
He took the stress, advised me to be patient and always stayed optimistic.
Nick never waivered in his price estimate. Low ball offers came as they do, but Nick never asked me
to drop the price. Never, as they say in the business “conditioned me to take less”.

Chonte is a Senior Team Assistant at Colliers where she works within the industrial team based at the Mascot Office. Chonte works with a large and highly successful team of real estate agents to transact property in South Sydney and the Sutherland Shire.
Chonte has a strong background in administration, having previously worked for Opteon Property Group. Chonte started as the receptionist and proceeded to be the Team Leader for the Valuation Support team over a period of five years. Chonte's current role at Colliers sees her managing a team of busy agents by providing operational and administrative support to ensure property campaigns run smoothly.
