During her position as a Buyer’s Agent Phoebe has worked for Construction Developers and Investors from a buying and financial advisory perspective – utilising her negotiation skills and Market knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome her clients.

Kevin has over 19 years’ experience in the construction industry working on a wide range of projects throughout Australia and the United Kingdom for private practices and contracting organisations. He has experience in many aspects of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying including cost planning, measurement, contract administration and dispute resolution.
Kevin has worked on civil, educational, healthcare, leisure and commercial projects in ‘client side’ quantity surveying roles and in commercial management roles for main contracting organisations.
Kevin's experience spans from Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Planning, Cost Management, Value Engineering, Contracts Administration and Dispute Resolution. His experience enables him to manage construction projects from inception through to completion, where he is able to delegate to the project team when necessary. He is currently working on a number of Quantity Surveying and Project Management projects.

Neil is an experienced, proactive and results driven Associate Director with over 18 years’ experience working in both the private and public sectors of the construction industry. His ability to integrate and coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, authorities, service providers, contractors and suppliers is a key factor in the successful completion of his projects.
Neil has a diverse level of project management experience across a number of project sectors including: high rise (residential), hotel and resorts, casinos, retail, office fitouts and relocations, commercial, industrial, education, civil and airports.
