RacheI joined Colliers International (Residential - Brisbane) in July 2014 as a Project Manager, and currently holds the role of Associate Director responsible for project marketing across a portfolio of residential projects in Brisbane and South East Queensland.
Rachel holds a Bachelor of Urban Development (Property Economics) from the Queensland University of Technology, with minors in Integrated Marketing Communication and International Business and a Bachelor of Contemporary Marketing from Griffith University.
Rachel began her career in the retail industry, working for 6 years as a retail store manager before transitioning into the property industry as a sales and property management assistant. Prior to joining Colliers, Rachel worked for 3 years for Brisbane based property group, Acuity Property Solutions, in the role of Marketing Manager, providing sales and marketing support across all areas of the business, including development management, project sales and marketing and investment divisions.

Andrew is a qualified accountant commencing his career with AV Jennings responsible for the the South East Queensland Housing Division. Andrew has been a Director of Project Marketing for Colliers International for 25 years working for developers including Made and Crafted, the Sunland Group, the Doma Group, TJ International, Cedar Woods, Villaworld, Stockland, QM Properties, and Dexus. Current developments which Andrew leads the project marketing team include the the $37m Anthology development in New Farm, 160 Macquarie St., St Lucia and a $55m project in Indooroopilly launching in May 2021.
Andrew has been involved in the property and development industry for over 25 years overseeing in excess of 30,000 property transactions. Having worked on both the developer and agency side he has a thorough understanding of the acquisition, development and project marketing of residential subdivisions, masterplanned communities and medium and high density projects throughout Queensland.

I am a Director of the residential business for Colliers International specialising in the delivery and marketing of residential land and townhome developments.
I commenced with the company in 2005 and have provided consultation to developers on product, pricing and strategy across a range of residential land and townhome developments. I have provided services for some of the best performing developments in our business and have attained a wealth of project marketing experience with over a decade of service.
My experience, understanding and involvement in the industry has given me the ability to consult and manage all aspects of project marketing residential communities from their conception to their completion.
In his career Daniel has had the pleasure of working with high performing teams; aquiring land, setting strategy, recruiting teams and successfully launching and completing masterplanned communities throughout Queensland.
Particular highlights are Ellendale for Cedar Woods as well as North Shore and North Lakes for Stockland.

Brendan has proven experience in development management, as well as valuation and advisory roles. He has transacted a significant number of development sites and since 2015 alone, he has personally been involved in over $750 million worth of development site sales.

Joining Colliers International in 2014, Adam specialises in the sale and marketing of residential development sites in the Greater Brisbane region as Manager of Colliers International's Residential site sales team.
