Duncan is a National Director within the Agribusiness Transactions Services team, with a background steeped in corporate advisory and restructure over a broad range of industry sectors, in particular property and agribusiness.
He has wide experience and a substantial record of achievement in optimising value and implementing practical divestment solutions in the sale of large-scale rural landholdings and businesses across all industry sectors, including but not limited to livestock, dairy, irrigated and dryland cropping, horticulture, viticulture and forestry.
This includes specialist knowledge from initial assessment, sale strategy and marketing, price maximisation, negotiation, evaluation of highest and best offers and management of contract execution.
Duncan is based in Colliers International’s Melbourne office, responsible for the disposal of assets across Victoria, Tasmania and Southern New South Wales.

Tim has been part of the Colliers Agribusiness transaction team since the creation of the division in 2007. Tim specialises in the sale and marketing of large commercial assets within the sector including the wine industry, forestry and horticultural industry.

As the State Chief Executive of Queensland, Simon's responsibilities include overall supervision of the Queensland business comprising of 6 offices and over 200 staff.

Simon has over 25 years’ experience in the real estate industry and the agency having previously worked for Primac Elders as an auctioneer prior to joining Colliers International in 1998.
Simon's background is in industrial property where he has been responsible for some of the largest transactions in Queensland over the past 20 years.
In 2015 Simon was involved in the sale of the GIC/Frasers portfolio totalling $1.073 billion. This is the largest and highest quality industrial sale on record in the Australian market.
And in 2017 Simon had the pleasure of marketing the Coca-Cola Amatil Campus in Richlands which was sold to Charter Hall for $157m, making it the largest single industrial asset sale in Queensland's history.

Jesse is a registered Land Sales Representative with 17 years’ experience in representing private family, corporate, institutional and Government clients in the divestment and acquisition of medium to large scale agricultural property assets, ensuring that financial outcomes for clients are maximised.
Jesse has gained a broad knowledge of various types of land tenure including freehold and crown leasehold (including pastoral and perpetual leases) in all states of Australia and the Northern Territory.
Significant experience in negotiating complex property transactions for pastoral and grazing properties, horticulture properties, plantation forestry, intensive animal keeping, aquaculture, rural infrastructure assets and other specialised agricultural property assets and portfolios.
Jesse has an extensive national network of rural and property industry participants that include landowners, corporate companies, investors, service providers and state and federal Government agencies.
