Testimonials
"Colliers Strategic Advisory team led by Neil Murray along with Rebecca Ngan and George Marton in late 2020 provided SOPA a Commercial Analysis and Master Plan Review of Sydney Olympic Park. The team delivered an outstanding, comprehensive report detailing real, practical and actionable advice on the implications of the Master Plan and as such provoked necessary internal discussions regarding the Master Plan. As part of the project, the team sought consultation and feedback from broader Olympic Park stakeholders – both public and private – and took this into consideration when delivering final recommendations. SOPA would recommend Colliers Strategic Advisory as leading real estate advisors."
- Sam Romaniuk – CEO, Sydney Olympic Park Authority - 2020.

My Team
My Team
I joined Colliers in 2018 as Head of Strategic Advisory. I am dedicated to leading the national team of multi-disciplinary experts to tailor strategic advisory services, across all market sectors and asset classes, to our client’s needs.
I have demonstrated success across a diverse range of property services including: strategy development, high stakes negotiation, change management, transaction management, asset management, leasing, operations, corporate real estate, funds management and development management in all market sectors.
As an established senior property professional and knowledge manager, with 25+ years’ industry experience, I possess strong interpersonal and business relationship management skills which are key to understanding client’s unique business requirements and the complex challenges explicit to the project lifecycle.
My early career was in Banking and later in trading with a Japanese Trading House where I imported equipment, established distributorships as well as providied financing for importers of our products. My entry into property was through the funding of real estate development projects with the Japanese Trading Houses and General Contractors. In this role I became the financial project manager and asset manager of over 40 commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects throughout Australia.
This opened the opportunities for development management, portfolio management, project marketing, feasibility studies and strategic analysis and in conjunction with my business partner we established a property consultancy, which we operated succesfully for over 20 years servicing our Japanese clients as well as government and private clients. I joined Colliers in 2015 when my business partner retired.
Samantha commenced her role at Colliers International during her tertiary studies in 2018 as a receptionist. This enabled her to gain invaluable experience within a commercial property firm whilst studying, which confirmed she was on the right career path.
Following completion of her studies Samantha commenced her role as an Assistant Valuer within the South Australian Valuation and Advisory business which she was involved with the valuation of office, retail and industrial properties along with analysing market transactions and trend for a wide range of clients. The valuations worked on were for a number of purposes including Mortgage Security, Financial Reporting, Potential Acquisition and Disposal and Insurance purposes.
Samantha's primary role within the Strategic Advisory team is to provide analytical and research support for a diverse range of clients.
Having worked in the property industry for over 10 years, specifically the retail sector, I have consistently been challenged to deliver additional returns for investors and savings for tenants.
Looking at real property assets with a different perspective has led me to address key sustainability initiatives coupled with a desire to improve savings and costs bases for all property sectors.
My key property relationships and understanding of such forms a solid foundation from which to build such initiatives and deliver new and emerging technology or ways of thinking.
