Rita joined Colliers in 2021 to support Colliers' Brisbane Investment Services Team in strengthening their marketing capacity. Rita is passionate about delivering exceptional results by discovering and customising each marketing strategy to each individual client's needs and demographic whilst holding a consistent standard and professionalism.
She is responsible for coordinating all marketing material including the production and placement of advertisements, internet listings, compilation of statistics and analytics for client reporting, composition of Information Memorandums and submissions, and ensuring the campaign is run and managed as per client approval and schedule.
Rita completed her final semester at UQ during her first 6 months with Colliers. She graduated with a dual Bachelor of Communications majoring in Public Relations and Digital Media and a Bachelor of Journalism.

Tom O’Driscoll is a Director within the Brisbane Investment Services Team and has over 10 years’ experience within the real estate industry.
Tom has operated within Brisbane’s CBD and city fringe office market in both leasing and sales roles on many commercial office projects. Tom’s primary focus is management of the disposal and acquisition of major freehold investments in Brisbane’s CBD near city markets working closely with domestic and international HNWI, syndicators and institutional clients.
Tom’s exposure and experience in Brisbane’s investment sector is proven in his results over $300 million in completed transactions.
As an Associate Director in the Investment Services Team based in Brisbane, Tony has transacted more than $220M in commercial real estate sales throughout Queensland in the last 6 years. Tony is a key member of the Asia Markets, National Strata Working Group and Premium Investments teams. Tony works specifically with Asian investors in Australia and offshore.
As the only Asian commercial agent with valuation background in the Brisbane market, Tony’s experience, multi-cultural background and strong connections with overseas financial institutions and high net worth investors distinguish Tony from the other commercial agents in Brisbane.
Tony is a registered valuer with over 15 years’ valuation and property experience, believes his solid background in valuation, real estate development and multi-lingual speaking skills have cemented his career in the real estate industry.
Nick has an asset speciality for commercial office and retail sales in the Brisbane CBD and near city market. With over 7 years of property experience in multiple areas including sales, leasing, property management and valuation, he is highly qualified to advise on and manage commercial real estate transactions.
Throughout his career he has engaged with clients at all levels including institutional, publically listed companies, State Government and allied divisions, private equity funds, international not for profit groups and high net worth individuals.
He takes a very analytical approach through feasibility and cash flow studies to get the most out of your property. With the combination of structured marketing campaigns and strong knowledge of the macroeconomic factors driving property investments, he is confident in achieving the best possible outcome for your property.
Philip O’Dwyer’s property experience has broad experience on both sides of a major property transaction. His strong history in property development and project management and his deep understanding of the economic and organisational dynamics that drive successful projects ideally position him to advise his clients and to ultimately achieve transactions that maximise their outcomes. Philip worked in senior leadership positions on large urban property projects and detached housing built form and broad acre land subdivision projects with Watpac and Investa-owned Clarendon Homes. He also worked within CRI Australia and Buranda Properties. Philip has worked in all of the major property sectors and has achieved very well across all projects. His high-level property analytical skills are outstanding and have been developed through formal education and practical application.
He readily shares his detailed knowledge, allowing his clients to make informed investment and development decisions. Philip is known for his professionalism, negotiation skills and ability to communicate with clarity.
I am a National Director of the Colliers International Capital Markets team and are responsible for the sale and purchase of institutional grade office investments in the Brisbane CBD, Near City and Metropolitan markets on behalf of an extensive list of domestic and offshore institutional, corporate and HNW private clients.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I was a Director of the Capital Transactions team at Savills Australia transitioning from being a Director of Valuations at Savills Australia for 11 years.

Shaun has over 4 years’ experience in the commercial property industry with an appetite for office and retail sales. With experience across sales, leasing, property management, and hotel management rights, he is qualified to advise on commercial asset transactions and has a proven track record working as a sales and leasing executive particularly in Brisbane’s Inner Metro Fringe. Growing up in Papua New Guinea and having lived in China, Shaun’s multi-cultural background enables strong development of client relationships and ensuring they are maintained.
