Salihah joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018 specialising in Project Marketing. As a senior member of the team, she is responsible for the provision of strategic advice to developer clients on all aspects of Project sales and marketing from conception to completion.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Salihah held a Sales and Marketing role at Property Development Company, Gamuda. Over the past 8 years she has built an in-depth level of knowledge on the Melbourne property market.
Salihah has led sales and marketing campaigns for some of Melbourne’s largest and most iconic developments, resulting in the sale of more than 1500 apartments. Some highlight Projects include Sapphire by the Gardens, UNO Melbourne, Queens Place and Seafarers.
Working across various sales channels, Salihah is an expert in the development and execution of Project marketing strategies including media planning, guiding creative execution and rollout of marketing collateral.
Salihah is known for her proactive approach to monitoring campaign performance and adapting strategies to reflect changes in market conditions and trends. She has outstanding analytical skills, impeccable organisation skills and exceptional attention to detail.
