• Negotiated over 83,000m² in new lease transactions with existing tenants

• Negotiated over 40,000m² in market rent reviews

• Negotiated over $3.1 million dollars for makegood in lieu of settlement payments

• Lead co-ordination role in a number of legal actions involving Westfield Limited, Stockland & Colonial First State in respect of Westfield’s Sydney City development through to the High Court of Australia

• Preparation of documentation for Due Diligence purposes including 60 Margaret Street/MetCentre Shopping Centre (40,720m², over 100 tenants).

• Implementation of best practice precedent leases incl transition from gross + increases in outgoings to net + outgoings and introduction of environment & sustainability clauses

• Implementation and reinforcement of strong recycling practices

• Managed the vacating and surrender of 16 retail, commercial and telecommunication tenants in line with critical path for major construction work achieving an early works agreement which allowed construction to commence 4 months early

• Negotiated early surrender with Macquarie Bank of 3,650m² to enable fitout & occupation by Brookfield Multiplex - 10 months ahead of budgeted vacancy

• Achieved target dates for the occupation of Macquarie Bank in 10,950m² & vacating Mirvac & McGrath Nicol to handover of 10,000m² to ING Bank within a tight time line avoiding non performance penalties

• Independent tenant surveys carried out in Feb ’07 and Feb ’08 rated performance of Building Management team at 87 over benchmark average of 77 with GM’s rating at 91 over benchmark average of 79
