Kevin has over 18 years’ experience in the construction industry working on a wide range of projects throughout Australia and the United Kingdom for private practices and contracting organisations. He has experience in many aspects of pre-contract and post-contract quantity surveying including cost planning, measurement, contract administration and dispute resolution.
Kevin has worked on civil, educational, healthcare, leisure and commercial projects in ‘client side’ quantity surveying roles and in commercial management roles for main contracting organisations.
Kevin's experience spans from Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Cost Planning, Cost Management, Value Engineering, Contracts Administration and Dispute Resolution. His experience enables him to manage construction projects from inception through to completion, where he is able to delegate to the project team when necessary. He is currently working on a number of Quantity Surveying projects.

Neil is an experienced, proactive and results driven Associate Director with over 18 years’ experience working in both the private and public sectors of the construction industry. His ability to integrate and coordinate multiple stakeholders including clients, consultants, authorities, service providers, contractors and suppliers is a key factor in the successful completion of his projects.
Neil has a diverse level of project management experience across a number of project sectors including: high rise (residential), hotel and resorts, casinos, retail, office fitouts and relocations, commercial, industrial, education, civil and airports. His key strengths and experience in managing all stages of the project have provided invaluable project management services towards the delivery of many key Queensland projects. Adaptable and motivated, he is a team player who interacts well with all project stakeholders.

Ricky is an enthusiastic, result driven Senior Project Manager with over 11 years experience in the property industry. He has provided project management services on a number of projects for national and international Clients throughout Queensland, including QIC, Dexus, Charter Hall, Growthpoint and QUT.
His excellent communication and stakeholder liaison skills ensure he is an invaluable member to any project team.

Jacky is a recent graduate of Master of Construction Practice (Professional) at Bond University. With his academic background, Jacky presents strong abilities in project management, quantity surveying, cost planning and contract administration. He is enthusiastic about agile project management to deliver the best value to clients and all stakeholders. He shows a high level of communication and organisation skills. He believes effective planning is crucial for risk mitigation and also delivering the project on time and within budget. Phoebe is new to the Colliers Project Leaders team; she comes to the team as an experienced Brisbane Buyers Agent and as a Queensland University of Technology undergraduate of Property Economic and Urban Development/Construction. During her position as a Buyer’s Agent Phoebe has worked for Construction Developers and Investors from a buying and financial advisory perspective – utilising her negotiation skills and Market knowledge to achieve the best possible outcome her clients.
