Nick’s experience extends across a range of policy, corporate and operational roles throughout his 17 year career working for the Australian Government, and has provided him with an excellent understanding of Government activities and directions.
As National Director of Government Property Services, Nick is responsible for the implementation and co-ordination of our Commonwealth Government Business Plan to increase opportunities and revenue across the national business for Colliers International and its clients.
- Property strategy: developed through management of large Commonwealth property projects; business process improvement;
- Stakeholder engagement: developed and enhanced through roles managing large Government Programs and Corporate Projects;

Micah brings more than 25 years’ public and private sector experience across a broad range of industries including property, investments, policy analysis, trustee services and banking and finance.
In his previous role, Micah managed an investment property portfolio which included responsibility for leasing strategies, property strategy development, acquisition due diligence and divestment activities.
As a Director within the Government Property Services team, Micah is responsible for the day to day management of a diverse team of property professionals primarily located in Canberra, as well as a presence in a number of other key CBD locations. Through this role he works closely with a range of Commonwealth entities and our partners Ventia Property to deliver our services under the Commonwealth Whole of Australian Government Contract. These services include property strategy development, delivery of market approaches including joint approaches (multiple agencies), lease negotiations, provision of general market advice and provision of bespoke property related consultancies.
Sara have 15 years’ experience in the property industry, and specialized in representing the Federal Government Departments and act in their interests. With previous working experience in Finance, Lease Administration, Portfolio Leasing Administrator, Property Manager, and Tenant Advisor, Sara has obtained in-depth knowledge and developed extensive skills that required for meet all the client needs.
Sara joined Colliers in April 2018 with an aim to learn from others who have had different journeys and provide an even wider range of valued property services to the Government sector.
I am an Associate Director within the Canberra Real Estate Management Business and have over 14 years’ experience within the property industry. The Portfolio that I am currently manages consists of mixture of Retail, Office, and Industrial properties totalling 75,000 sqm under management and over 150 tenants.
My roles and responsibilities are to manage the continued development of the State Facilities Management business by providing leadership and managerial direction to the team. Ensure Colliers International procedures, systems and business direction is implemented to minimise risk to Colliers International, exceed client expectations and comply with our obligations as specified in our Management Agency Agreements, while generating a positive financial return to Colliers International.
Building strong relationships with landlord's ensures their business objectives are met and expectations are exceeded. I develop and implement commercial property management solutions that maximize the potential of property to accelerate the success of our clients.
Samantha joined Colliers International in early 2018 in the Government Property Services (GPS) Team as a Tenant Advisor on the Whole of Australian Government (WOAG) portfolio. As a member of the Government Services Team Samantha works with clients to conduct market processes, critical date management, manages monthly reporting obligations, provides advice and assist on day to day matters for each of the Government Entities. Samantha prides herself on providing excellent customer service to her clients and providing advice to ensure that the client realise the WOAG leasing strategies and achieve overall value for money.
Samantha has 10-years’ experience in the Property Industry and worked with some major clients including ATO, ASIC, ACCC, Department of Finance and the Australian Electoral Commission (AEC). Prior to commencing with Colliers Samantha worked on the Services Australia account where she gained some valuable experience on a large Commonwealth account.
Samantha was awarded the 2019 Rookie of the Year award for the ACT office as a result of finalising some major Transactions for some large WoAG clients.
As the Senior Transaction Manager Samantha works with some major clients on large scale transactions including Joint Approach to Market (JATM) processes nationally where there have been excellent results achieved for clients including significant savings. In addition to Transactions, Samantha also works on consultancy projects including Strategy and Accommodation projects, future planning and other large research pieces for clients.
Krystal joined Colliers International Canberra in April 2019 as a new addition to the fast growing Occupier Services Government Services Account Team. Krystal’s role is a Tenant Advisor in the Whole of Australian Government (WOAG) Property Service Provider arrangement.
As a member of the Government Services Team, Krystals role involves working with Government clients to conduct market processes to source and secure accommodation that meet each Entities’ unique requirement and the Commonwealth standards, critical date management, monthly reporting obligations and providing day to day advice on leasing matters.
Prior to commencing at Colliers International Canberra, Krystal began her career in the Commercial Real Estate industry at Knight Frank Canberra as Department Coordinator in the Office Leasing Team. This role assisted in Krystal gaining relevant knowledge and experience that carried across to her career at Colliers International, a great network and an understanding of the processes in working on behalf of Building Owners instead of the Tenant.
Krystal prides herself on having strong communication, marketing and design skills and the ability to build excellent client relationships. She holds a Certificate III in Business Administration, an advanced InDesign course and Real Estate Registration.
Krystal came to Colliers International wanting to progress her career, get out of her comfort zone and learn more about the Commercial Real Estate industry in a different service line with a top agency!
Miki is an administrative professional working in the role of Team Assistant within the Government Property Services, providing support to the Whole of Australian Government (WoAG) and Ministerial and Parliamentary Services (MaPS) accounts. In addition, Miki provides day-to-day support to the National Director Nick Evans.
Prior to joining Colliers, Miki was an Office Manager at an accounting firm in Canberra. Miki prides herself on having exceptional organisational and administration skills across all administrative and coordination roles.
