· Thomson Geer on a new lease on 2 new floors within Rialto for 3,800sqm
· Acknowledge Education lease of 3,500sqm at 222 Bourke Street
· 2,000sqm sub lease to Goodyear & Dunlop and a further 2,000sqm to CSV
· Securing over 7,000sqm of new deals at 150 Lonsdale Street
Shane is currently appointed on a number of
iconic towers across Melbourne including Rialto, 140 William Street, 150 Lonsdale Street and 1000 La Trobe Street.
