Professional Summary
Shaun is an expert in a variety of valuation and rural asset consultancies, servicing large areas of Australia including water property rights, irrigation and dry land cropping, and intenisve livestock industries.

Accomplishments
Shaun provides strategic advise to land owners of some of the largest farming and grazing assets in the world. These include an irrigation farm with over 400,000 megalitres on farm storage, over 20,000 hectares developed to irrigation; numerous cattle grazing properties with estimated carrying capacities from 50,000 to over 100,000 head.

Jason has over 30 years’ experience in the rural sector having started his career with the Queensland Department of Primary Industries working throughout the Inland Burnett, Central Highlands and the Border Rivers. His career has included work in the following areas:
• Agribusiness Banking.
• Farm Financial Counsellor.
• Extension Officer/Pasture Experimentalist.
• Property Management Planning and Soil Conservation Extension Officer.
This has provided a solid background from which to consider rural property valuation and provide advice on investment decisions, management and planning. His strength is in assessing a property’s productive capacity and identifying opportunities for growth to unlock value.
Jason began his valuation career in 2010 by gaining experience in valuing irrigation properties, broadacre farming and grazing properties in southern Queensland and northern New South Wales. More recently, Jason has specialised in large scale horticultural assets, including citrus, mango, avocado and macadamia tree crops, as well as small scrops and vegetable seedling nurseries, undertaking valuations in the Northern Territory, Atherton Tablelands, Burnett, Darling Downs and Granite Belt regions.
