As the founder and Managing Director of Colliers Wollongong, Simon i have crafted a business model built on a foundation of collaboration with clients, people, and communities, and this has seen Colliers Wollongong exceed expectations and drive exceptional results since its inception in 2006.
I am an accomplished property leader who has a proven track record in the commercial, industrial, and residential market. Through the record-breaking sales of numerous multimillion-dollar properties I have honed my skills to become an expert in my field. The marketing and sale of high value sites and residential project marketing are my core strengths.

In Jonas’ 15 plus years in the property sector, he has excelled in a number of sectors including commercial sales & leasing, project management, property management and serviced Offices/co-working set up and sales.
Jonas’ experience in these sectors has allowed him to travel and work in three different continents. Prior to moving to Wollongong he spend 8 years in Asia where he consulted with clients, ranging from SMEs to large multi-nationals. He identified their business needs and growth objectives, proposed outsourcing solutions, negotiated commercial leases and service agreements, managed office fit-outs and set up operations and facilitated a smooth transition by ensuring expectations were clear for both client and provider with deliverables were being achieved.

With over a decade of experience in customer service roles, Jared’s commitment to his stakeholders results in the delivery of strong outcomes for his clients, team, and community. As the Colliers Wollongong’s Commercial Leasing Executive, Jared’s main role is to ensure our clients premises are leased out at the best rate in the shortest possible timeframe
I have recently moved into the property sector after studying a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Wollongong and a Diploma in Hotel Management in Canberra. My diverse array of experience, working for Accor Hotels for over 6 years in a variety of roles, including front of house, hospitality, and management. In addition to my time in hotels, I have owned and operated a small business in the Illawarra, managing a busy and a varied team. With a myriad of experience, I aim to use my broad knowledge and a strong customer focus to grow our team and the Colliers organisation.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked in residential sales. As Colliers Wollongong’s Commercial Leasing Executive, my main role is to ensure my clients premises are at the best rate in the shortest possible timeframe

Kady joined Colliers Wollongong almost 9 years ago and over these years she has developed a diverse property skillset, from property management to commercial and industrial sales and leasing. Initially employed in an administrative role, Kady quickly progressed to the position of Assistant Property Manager, taking care of the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of over 200-properties.
In 2019, Kady was promoted to the position of Commercial Leasing Executive. In this role, Kady’s solid foundation across many aspects of the business gave her a unique and invaluable ability to approach any property opportunity with a well-rounded outlook, ensuring our clients had a seamless, profitable experience. Kady has achieved a great deal during her time with Colliers Wollongong and much of this success is due to her ability to connect with clients and develop long term, stable relationships. These strong relationships were particularly valuable throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, where Kady utilised her property knowledge and adaptability to keep clients informed about the changing circumstances within commercial property, giving them the confidence to make decisions and ensure the continuity of their business.
I believe that connecting with people and sustaining robust relationships is critical to creating tangible impact and accelerating business success. Leasing and asset management are crucial for business growth, and I am determined to help my clients navigate this process as seamlessly and efficiently as possible to maximise financial return and satisfaction.
With over 10 years' experience in the property sector, I have honed my technical skills and strategic acumen with extensive experience in strata, residential and commercial real estate within the Illawarra. My most recent experience has been within the strata industry, gaining an extensive amount of knowledge through assisting in the management of portfolios with a combined asset worth of over $400M.
As the Senior Property Manager for Colliers Wollongong, I helps organisations accelerate their revenue and growth by cultivating effective relationships and leading a nimble and effective PM team.

Ali has a bright and bubbly personality and an outgoing nature, making it easy for her to develop positive and long-term relationships and rapport with all stakeholders. Ali believes it is these traits, along with her efficiency and customer-focus, that has seen many of her previous clients return to her for insights and advice in the property market over the years.
Ali previously worked as a Leasing Consultant in the Ray White Canberra Property Management team and after 2 years, Ali transitioned into Sales, employed as the Personal Assistant and Campaign Manager to Elite Agent, Mark Johnstone.
Last year, Ali established herself in Wollongong and is now an Executive Sales Agent at Colliers International Wollongong, focused on Project Marketing and leading the sales and client management of the PARQ on Flinders project, which has over 200 apartments.
Cassandra is a skilled Property Manager with over six years of industry experience. Managing a portfolio of over 180 properties, Cassandra has a positive can-do attitude and uses her exceptional organisational and time management skills to continue to succeed in this field and delivering exceptional customer service. In her previous role, cassandra has managed a team of 7 staff members and took up the role of trainer for new employees joining the Property Management team. Having worked throughout the Illawarra, Cassandra has continued to grow and learn throughout her career and continuously displays a superior customer focus with the ability to develop strong client relationships wherever she go.
Jemma is relatively new to the real estate industry but as the youngest member for the Colliers Wollongong team brings youthful enthusiasm and energy to the group. With five years’ experience in hospitality locally and in her home town of Dubbo, Jemma has excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. As the Property Officer and Administration Assistant, Jemma is the face of the business and helps to manage accounts, ingoing rental inspections, open homes and all customer and client enquiries via our central phone and emails systems. Jemma also assists with accounts payable and receivable and juggles a number of other office responsibilities using her exceptional organistional and time management skills.
Melissa started her career in Real Estate in 2016, joining Colliers Wollongong as first point of contact for clients and in a supportive capacity to the Sales, Leasing and Property Management departments.
While in an administrative role, Melissa continued to demonstrate a thorough understanding of systems, procedures and the importance of communication with customers and clients. As a result, Melissa was promoted to Team Assistant to the Residential and Commercial Sales and Leasing department.
Melissa’s role as a Team Assistant was very diverse, covering administrative support to the Residential and Commercial teams, while also supporting the entire team with the capabilities to ensure sales are progressing. Liaising between the vendor, sales executive and the purchaser was also vital to Melissa’s role, as she supported the team from launch to settlement while also ensuring the accuracy of project data and reports. Melissa also supported the Marketing Department, assisting in the management of online property listings, social media, and email communications.
In 2017, Melissa took on the role of Marketing Co-ordinator for Colliers Wollongong office, specialising in creating and executing new marketing strategies to help accelerate the success of each client.
Melissa also supports team by assisting with the preparation of property marketing material, proposals, demographic reports, marketing, and research support. Melissa loves to create ideas from scratch, making customized marketing templates for our clients and helping to promote their brand, striving to bring a unique set of ideas for rebranding and repositioning of each client’s asset.
