I have built a foundation in construction project management across NSW and ACT. With 5+ years’ experience, I have acquired a strong knowledge base in procurement systems and contract administration working alongside various stakeholders and clients to deliver projects on time and on budget.

I am skilled in task prioritisation, which is proven through his strong eye for detail, focus on organisation and time management, as well as a strong work ethic and long-term focus on improvement and obtaining new skills. He has extensive knowledge in various systems including the Microsoft Suite, procurement systems and financial applications such as Work Smart Dynamics 365.

Tom joined Colliers in 2021, and is a highly motivated and versatile Project Manager with over 14 years’ experience in the construction industry, including being a licensed electrician.

Tom’s experience ranges from small fitouts through to large construction developments across several asset classes, including commercial office, retail and hospitality, residential and medical facilities.

Tom’s desire and motivation to deliver a high standard of work has earned him a well-regarded reputation as a Project Manager. His extensive knowledge of the building code, quality control and stakeholder management has provided him with the foundations to successfully deliver high quality projects on time and on budget.
