Professional Summary
Tanya is Director of Valuation and Advisory Services within South Australia. In this role Tanya is responsible for conducting valuations of specialised commercial property and assets on a national basis including market, accounting and insurance based reporting.
The valuation team undertake work in all Australian states and territories and have provided professional advice to international related assignments within the global Colliers International network.
Accomplishments
Tanya has over 20 years experience in the property industry, with a focus on the Adelaide commercial and industrial market. Tanya has broad experience in managing national portfolios bringing them in on time and the client’s satisfaction. Tanya has undertaken valuations of a broad range of asset classes for a variety of purposes including financial reporting, mortgage, rental assessment and compulsory acquisition.
Over recent years Tanya has also been involved in conducting compulsory acquisition and assessments of value for compensation purposes for road and essential services infrastructure projects throughout South Australia.
Tanya has developed a specialisation in the valuation of data centres and has extensive experience in the valuation of both CBD and suburban office buildings, large scale distribution centres, manufacturing facilities and various retail assets.

Prior to joining Colliers in October 2012 Cheryl worked for Maloney Field Services as their Logistics Co-ordinator. Previous roles included, Valuers Assistant for 2 years, National Co-ordinator of jobs and national travel for the valuers at Rushton Valuers, and also undertook the role of Office Manager. Cheryl previously worked as the Office Manager of the Valuation Division of BankSA and in general banking.
Cheryl has always worked in a collaborative team environment and continues to promote and work to this aim.
