Isurie Weerasinha is an Analyst within the Tenant Advisory. After completing a Bachelor of Environment at The University of Melbourne majoring in Architecture and Property, Isurie commenced with Colliers International as a graduate. She then moved into a role within a National portfolio consisting of 160 leased sites which includes 4 offices and 156 industrial warehouses. During this time Isurie verified & instructed the rents for the entire portfolio. In addition to assisting with repair and maintenance obligations, compiling make good reports and conducting market reviews. This role gave her an in-depth knowledge of commercial property. In 2020 she moved into the role of an Analyst within the Tenant Advisory team where she is involved in the collection of key data required for all reporting (strategy, research, premises options, premises selection) throughout the process.
