I oversee the property management, facilities management and sustainability functions for the Real Estate Management (Office & Industrial) business in Queensland. I currently lead a team of 30 skilled property professionals who are committed to delivering memorable service to our customers and adding long term value to the assets under management.
I have over 15 years experience in listed and unlisted property and facilities management, asset repositioning activities, strategic planning, leasing and capital projects management across most asset classes including office, retail and industrial in Australia.
In addition to my core responsibilities, I am also involved with the Property Council of Australia as a member on their QLD Commercial Office Committee. I hold a Master of Property Studies from the University of Queensland.

Managing CBD investments for Institutional landlords and Overseas investors. Involved with a new Brisbane CBD site from land sale through leasng and management and eventual sale and keeping the management.
Private Client specialist on asset management and strategic planning.
Rebecca has been with Colliers since February 2015, starting as a Team Assistant in Valuations at South Sydney. From there, she transferred to assist the Project Services Team in Sydney CBD – covering three departments - Design, Technology and Project Management. Further, in 2015, the position of Property Administrator within NSW Real Estate Management Services became available to support Property Management directors in Sydney CBD.
Gaining exposure to many different business lines within Colliers has enabled Rebecca to become a successful administrator and the "go-to" support person within the wider team. In 2018 she was promoted to Senior Team Assistant, providing general support to the Sydney CBD, Major Buildings and North Shore teams. Simultaneously she was appointed as the mentor for REMS Support Staff within the local teams.
In 2019, Rebecca relocated to Brisbane QLD where she supported the REMS National Director (QLD) and the wider team, attending to the corporate administration, operational and marketing responsibilities for QLD Real Estate Management Services.
Currently, Rebecca has transitioned to a Facilities Administrator role within the REMS QLD business. Rebecca provides strategic support to the facility management team via the coordination of operational functions such as the management of compliance documents, procurement support, technical documentation and data collection with site teams.

Victoria began her career in Australia in 2011 with CBRE based in the Western Sydney Office as an Assistant Property Manager working on a range of Office, Industrial and Retail Assets for a mix of Institutional and Private Clients and dealing with a variety of tenants including Government, Corporate and Small Businesses. Following a promotion to Senior Property Manager in 2014 and moving to CBRE’s Sydney CBD Office Victoria focused on managing A Grade Office buildings in Sydney CBD and North Sydney for Institutional, Private and International Clients.
In 2015 Victoria joined Marprop in Sydney CBD working as the Property Asset Manager for the Direct Property Fund with Assets in NSW. This consisted of working closely on each buildings Asset Management Plan, overseeing the buildings external Property and Facilities Management teams, external Leasing Agents and Internal Project Management team on each Asset's Capex Projects.
Victoria then joined Knight Frank in the Sydney CBD Office to work as Senior Property Manager on the Transport for NSW Account on their CBD Assets acquired for the Sydney Metro Project. On completion of this Victoria began working on the Premier Properties Account Managing two major Assets in Sydney CBD and Rhodes for International and Institutional Clients.
For Colliers Victoria began as Senior Property Manager in the Brisbane CBD Office focusing on the key Office and Industrial properties, working closely with Tim Matthews, National Director and Daniel Shafferman, National Director. A key offcie asset Victoria has been working on is 201 Charlotte St, Brisbane with projects such as the foyer upgrade, new EOT and spec suites have been completed. Victoria implemented improvements including incorporating a towel service, auditing after hours air conditioning costs and various LED lighting upgrades. Since commencing on the asset Victoria introduced tenant meetings and welcome gifts to new tenants to the building to improve tenant relationships. Foyer activation plans were scheduled to coincide with calendar events throughout the year to encourage tenant engagement.
In 2018 Victoria was promoted to Associate Director with Colliers with a focus to manage the Brisbane portfolio's premium assets for clients including Australian Unity, KordaMentha, Kyko Group amd Anton Real Estate Partners as well as leading the Brisbane Property Management team.

Jarrod leads the Queensland Facilities Management Team and is driven and committed to delivering best practice solutions which incorporates energy efficiency and sustainability, capital works upgrades, while achieving the highest levels of legislative compliance, risk and contract management, always ensuring tenant and client satisfaction is first and foremost.
Over 15 years of experience in Engineering, Operations and Services - Facilities Management, business and capital works upgrades, change management, people and risk management with P&L / budget accountability and management of.
A well-respected, energetic, confident and focused leader, passionate about delivering the highest level of service, implementing organisational change with a constant ‘can do’ attitude.
