Lisa is Head of Sustainability at Colliers for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and her key focus is developing long term sustainability, health and wellbeing strategies to support her colleagues and Clients' ambitions.
This involves integrated planning and management of new and existing asset performance using industry best practice. She builds strategies by drawing on her extensive experience with sustainability, health and wellbeing tools such as Green Star, the WELL Building standard, Climate Active (net zero / carbon neutral) and Circular Economy principles. Her work is globally recognised as enabling scalable solutions to complex challenges in the built environment.
As well as leading the REMS sustainability team for Australia, Lisa supports Colliers Global ESG committee through her role on the steering committee for Asia Pacific and leading the Environmental pillar regionally. This role supports Colliers long term strategy to develop and execute a robust ESG program including committments to Science Based Targets Initiative and achieving net zero status by 2030.
As a natural collaborator, she has a keen interest in developing practical strategies to assist with a streamlined application of sustainability initiatives, translating executive goals into hands on implementation.
Simon is Sustainability Manager at Colliers for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and his focus is to leverage the use of digital technologies to support and deliver sustainability, health and wellbeing solutions to support Clients’ ambitions.
He seeks to drive sustainability through the adoption of digital solutions. He developed the digitalisation of the Green Star rating tools to facilitate sustainability, health and wellbeing reporting. The insights he has derived through the development of technical content has enabled scalable application and the integration of the Climate Active Carbon Neutral program for Green Star.
By using a collaborative and systems thinking approach, he has a strong curiosity in leveraging digital transformation to apply and implement sustainability initiatives.
Wing Ki is a Sustainability Analyst for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and her key focus is onboarding client assets onto the company's ESG platform (Measurabl), developing solar feasibilities and conducting Climate Active assessments for Clients pursuing carbon neutral certification.
After graduating from the University of New South Wales with a combined degree of Bachelor of Renewable Energy Engineering and Bachelor of Commerce (Finance), Wing Ki started her career working for a solar engineering, procurement and construction company as a Service Engineer. In this role, she travelled around regional NSW troubleshooting solar systems for the Department of Education. She transitioned to become a Design and Project Development engineer, supporting rooftop, carport and ground mount systems up to 3MW. She is an expert in solar modelling using PVsyst and Helioscope, allowing her to apply her expertise for buildings under REMS management for solar feasibility.
Wing Ki also worked as an Energy Solutions Analyst, monitoring energy and water usage across the education and commercial industry and ensuring lighting upgrades are compliant to the ESS scheme.

Kate's focus is developing new offerings, delivering projects and providing multi-discipline technical services. Kate delivers solutions for clients in areas such as technical and commercial advisory, asset re-positioning, due diligence, engineering design, renewable developments and operational performance across Asia-Pacific.
