Tim launched PRDnationwide in Victoria in 1999, a market-leading residential property business. In 2006, the business was acquired and merge to become Colliers Residential Victoria in partnership with fellow Director Brett Griffith.
In his role as Managing Director over the past two decades, Tim has developed an unmatched level of knowledge and experience, enabling him to build the most successful and highest performing team in the residential sector.

Brett commenced with Colliers in 1998, before joining forces with Managing Director Tim Storey in 2006 to build the market-leading Colliers Residential Victoria business.
As a Director of the business for the past 23 years, Brett has worked across all aspects of residential property including Build-to-sell (Project Marketing), Build-to-rent, Development Sites, Research and Strategic Advisory.
He has established a long list of loyal developer clients who continue to rely on his strategic advice and expertise, including Cbus Property, CEL Australian, LAS Group, ICD Property, 3L Alliance, Riverlee and many more.
During Brett’s time as Director and under his leadership, the business has sold more than $20billion worth of apartments, been involved in more than 70% of the major build-to-rent transactions in the state and established Victoria’s leading Development Sites team.

Zoe joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2006 as Receptionist, soon after she was promoted to Executive Assistant to key Directors Tim Storey & Brett Griffith, gaining invaluable experience across all aspects of the business.
Zoe became a Director in 2014 after establishing herself as a highly regarded member of the team and a leader within the Project Marketing division. With more than 15 years’ experience, Zoe has had direct involvement in over 20 Projects equating to approximately $7billion in property sales.
Aside from her impressive sales results, Zoe has made a significant contribution to innovation within the business, having driven numerous technological advancements that streamline sales processes and drive apartment sales for developer clients.
Zoe is known for her tenacity, work ethic and drive to produce positive outcomes under all market conditions for clients and has been awarded numerous accolades over the years as a result.

Trent is the team leader and Director for the Colliers specialised Development Site Sales team. In his role, Trent has been involved in the sale of more than 50% of development sites across Melbourne’s CBD and City-fringe in the past 5 years. He leads his team of experts across the land subdivision market, suburban infill market and CBD/City fringe markets.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Trent led the Development Valuations team at CBRE. With more than 18 years of experience, Trent has established himself as an integral part of the Colliers team and a leading figure within the industry.
Trent has sold an average of around $1billion per annum in development sites over the past 4 years and managed many market defining sales, including 105 Smiths Lane, Clyde North ($73millon), 37 Graham Road, Highett ($90million) and 140-150 Queen Street ($170million).
He has been at the forefront of change within the industry, leading the introduction of national and international capital into Melbourne’s property market. Trent managed Melbourne’s first Built-to-Rent site sale in Richmond, on the prominent corner of Church and Bridge Road, and has since continued to help pioneer the sector in Australia.

Megan joined Colliers in 2016 and is now Director, Operations working alongside Managing Director Tim Storey and Director Brett Griffith. Her role is to develop and execute the overarching business plan, ensuring the continued growth and success of Colliers Residential Victoria.
An integral part of the business, working across all divisions, Megan brings a wealth of knowledge to her role with over 8 years’ experience in business operations and strategy execution. Since commencing, Megan has driven numerous industry-leading initiatives including the ‘Collection by Colliers’ showrooms and their expansion across Melbourne, Shanghai and beyond.
Aside from driving business growth from a strategic level, Megan has shown her diversity of skills, leading the sales and marketing campaign for R.Iconic Melbourne, the city’s best-selling project of 2020.

Drawing on my 25+ years of real estate industry experience - spanning agency, research, analytics and consulting - I work with colleagues across Australia, who are local market experts, to deliver opportunities, practical solutions and innovative strategies across the nascent Build to Rent and associated alternative living sectors. I support clients to enter and grow their presence in the Australian BTR market.
My understanding of demand, supply, policy and industry factors relating to the spectrum of new residential markets (BTR, apartments, urban regeneration, greenfields) underpins my reputation as a trusted strategic advisor to leaders in the residential development and real estate investment industries.
I utilise my deep industry and market knowledge and connections to extend the reach of Colliers across the increasingly complex mainstream and emerging residential market segments.
Sam has engaged closely with the premium apartment market for over 15 years, initially as a qualified valuer and then as a lead advisor to major domestic and international developers, investors, consultants and financiers, having had significant advisory roles on some of Melbourne’s most complex and renowned residential developments.
This experience has led to the securing of a holistic perspective of the market, driven by an understanding of the economic, social and political factors influencing the performance of each building, and the ability to discuss the position of individual residences in the market from a bigger perspective than is common in the ‘real estate’ market.
Sam leads the residential team within the Colliers International Melbourne business, focusing on the marketing and sale of residences within the Melbourne prestige apartment market. With a desire to engage transparently with clients and assist their understanding of the market, he paves the way for greater communication, understanding and outcomes.
Hamish joined Colliers in 2011. In his role as Director, he is focused on leading the Metropolitan Development Site Sales division.
With more than 14 years’ experience, Hamish has built strong relationships with Melbourne’s most active developers, consultants, and industry stakeholders.
He has a long list of high-profile clients, including large private local and international companies, boutique developers, government departments, institutions and adjoining landowners.
Hamish has managed more than $1.5billion worth of site transactions in the past 5 years, this is evidence of his ability to create and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies.
With superior negotiating skills, Hamish continues to achieve exceptional results for his clients and has achieved landmark sales in the suburban market such as the CSIRO site at 37 Graham Road, Highett for $90million. Some of his highlight 2021 transactions include sale of 62-94 Jacksons Road, Mulgrave for $30million+, the sale of 52 Golf Road, Oakleigh South for $30million+ and the sale of 81a Bell Street, Coburg $21million.
Hamish is known for his strategic advice and ability to guide his clients to maximise their return on investment.
With in-depth knowledge of the development market, Hamish has experience spanning townhouse and apartment developments, aged care, retirement living and build-to-rent.

Prior to commencing with Colliers, Jozef was the National Director - Development Valuations & Advisory at CBRE where he developed an unrivalled level of market knowledge. Since commencing with Colliers, Jozef has transacted in over $550million in development sites.
With more than 15 years’ experience, Jozef has forged enduring relationships with a range of developers, land owners and other major players in the development sector.
He has built a strong reputation as a trusted advisor, managing numerous premium development site transactions in the CBD and fringe as well as highly sought-after locations including Toorak and South Yarra’s Domain Precinct.
Jozef has also been instrumental in leading the introduction of the Build-to-rent sector in Australia, assisting with multiple recent transactions, including many of Melbourne’s first BTR acquisitions.

Nancy has over 15 years experience in the residential property industry. In this time she has made a significant contribution to the business with more than $400million worth of sales across several of Melbourne’s most iconic residential developments.
Some of Nancy’s highlights include selling more than $160million worth of apartments in 17 Spring St, including the $15million penthouse, over $80million in apartments at Collins Arch and over $50million in apartments at Seafarers Residences.
Nancy’s hard work and dedication to her role is reflected in the list of accolades she has received over the years including Top Sales Performer for three years running.

Michael joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018. As a Manager within the Development Site Sales team, he specialises in selling large parcels of land for subdivision and redevelopment in Melbourne’s growth corridors.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Michael spent 8 years working with one of Australia’s largest finance, land and construction companies where he managed a team of sales consultants. The experience and knowledge he gained in his previous roles has positioned him with a unique and intricate understanding of his clients and the market.
Michael is able to provide his clients with strategic guidance from the beginning of the sales process, through to the conceptualisation of the end product. His areas of expertise are sales and marketing strategy, buyer profiling, market insight and affordability analysis.

Ben joined Colliers Residential Victoria to lead the Relationship Management team in 2015. Prior to commencing with Colliers, Ben’s expertise was in the legal profession.
He worked as a Foreign Legal Consultant in Beijing for 3 years and then as a Solicitor in Melbourne for another 5 years, gaining invaluable experience in professional services and building strong relationships in Asia.
In his role as Director, Ben has established himself as an integral part of the team, leading the sell-out of several of Melbourne’s most iconic residential projects, including the recent sale of the two penthouses at Collins Arch. These residences were the final two in the building, resulting in the complete sell out of the project.
Driving innovation and strategic growth within the business, Ben lead the expansion of Colliers Residential Victoria’s team within China through the opening of the ‘Collection by Colliers’ Shanghai showroom in 2021.
Ben is known as a great leader and a supreme communicator, utilising his English and Mandarin language skills fluently and interchangeably as required.

Jenny joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2018 as a Project Marketing specialist. Now, as Associate Director, she leads our team of Relationship Managers in Shanghai.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Jenny held a Real Estate Analyst role at JLL and over the past 8 years she has built an enviable level of knowledge on the Melbourne property market.
Maintaining a portfolio of over 1,000 Partner Agent groups in the Asia Pacific region, Jenny has trained more than 10,000 individual agents on Melbourne’s residential property market and premier projects.
Jenny is an integral part of the team, assisting in driving strategic growth of the business within China through the opening of the ‘Collection by Colliers’ Shanghai showroom in 2021.
Having built incredibly strong relationships with key stakeholders throughout Asia Pacific, Jenny has transacted in more than 500 units equating to $3billion in sales through Partner Agents in the region.
Jenny is a brilliant communicator with fluent language skills in both English and Mandarin. She uses her communication abilities for training and coaching purposes, public speaking and is an excellent negotiator.

Catherine joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2017 as an Assistant Project Manager within our Development Site Sales Division. Shortly after commencing, Catherine established herself as an incredibly valuable team member, receiving three promotions in the past three years.
In her role as Associate Director, Catherine leads the coordination of our development site sale and marketing campaigns, providing strategic advice and support to our sales team and their clients.
Catherine has built a wealth of knowledge in the marketing and communications field. She has a post-graduate qualification from Monash University and has held previous roles specialising in content and communications.
Over the past 7 years, Catherine has honed her property marketing skills, managing hundreds of campaigns for properties up to the value of $135million.
As a hardworking and highly regarded member of the team, Catherine is recognised for her drive to provide best in class marketing support. In 2019 she was awarded the Colliers Internal Service Award and in 2018 the Directors Choice Award.
Catherine has built strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders across the Development Site CBD, City Fringe, Metro and Englobo markets.

Cyndi joined Colliers Residential Victoria in 2015. In her role as Associate Director, she is focused on driving off the plan sales across our Projects.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Cyndi held the position of Sales Manager within a Partner Agency where she built a strong network of investors and buyers throughout China, Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong. These enduring relationships enable Cyndi to sell over 100 off the plan apartments in a year.
With 10 years’ experience, Cyndi has developed a deep understanding of the Melbourne property market and the factors influencing investment from overseas buyers.
As a senior member of the sales team, Cyndi is able to share her knowledge and experience with her colleagues, providing hands-on coaching to junior sales staff.
A high achiever when it comes to sales results, Cyndi has sold an average of $60million worth of apartments each year. Some highlights of Cyndi’s include selling 30% of the apartments in Collins Arch and achieving a record result at 17 Spring St with an $8.25million sale.
