Tom commenced his real estate career in 2010, working for Tungsten Property in Soho, New York, focusing on sales and leasing of commercial and residential properties, and since has worked for major local and international commercial property companies, such as Colliers, Cushman & Wakefield & LJ Hooker Commercial which Tom has gained immense property knowledge and invaluable tools.

Tom's market knowledge paired with his personal traits, education and relationships allow him to achieve continued success with each transaction he is involved in.

With immense commercial property knowledge in NSW, Tom has been successful in investment and leasing transactions, securing properties for owner occupiers and residential, commercial & industrial  site sales. Tom has an open mind to find solutions to problems and always guarantee the best strategic outcome for all involved.

In 2016 Tom joined Cushman & Wakfield as a Director & NSW Head of Sales and Investments but more importantly a leader in the business where he will implement a wealth of experience in client management, negotiating and exceeding client’s expectations with a sound knowledge of the NSW Metro, City Fringe and South Sydney markets.

In 2018 Tom has re-joined Colliers as a Director and senior leader of the business, implementing his skills and attributes which he has acquired over the past 10 years in commercial agency.

In an industry that is extremely competitive Tom’s market knowledge and professionalism has set him apart from other agents by providing results beyond his client’s expectations. Tom is highly regarded for his hard work and his strong drive for success.
