Assignments have included the valuation of major corporation property portfolios and the management of numerous national valuation and consultancy assignments.
Tourism and Hospitality - Specialising in tourism and hospitality valuations. Extensive experience in hotels, motels, tourist resorts, caravan parks and roadhouses. Also experience in golf courses, gaming operations, licensed clubs and backpacker accommodation.
Rural & Agribusiness - Tony has been undertaking rural and agribusiness valuations throughout South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory over the previous 22 years. Experience has been gained in the horticulture, viticulture and pastoral
industries. In recent years the majority of experience has been in the Northern Territory pastoral leases.

Experience has been gained throughout all facets of property valuation, including commercial, industrial and retail valuation work, rental review, construction progress reports and insurance replacement valuations.
Valuation work has been undertaken for private clients, major lending institutions and national corporate organizations, valuation of major corporation property portfolios and numerous national valuation and consultancy assignments. Others included research and preparation of valuation with particular emphasis on multi-unit residential, mixed use developments, feasibility analysis using the Estate Master Property Development Software and large scale industrial properties.
International Experience
Overseas work experience has also being had in Port Moresby, Papua New Guinea in conjunction with a registered local valuer in valuation of Austrade Residence in Port Moresby in 2006 as part of Austrade Property Portfolio and more recently in 2011 for the valuation of the New Zealand Embassy comprising the Chancery and the Official Residence on behalf of the New Zealand Government in Port Moresby and Dili, East Timor.
Poasa has also worked in the property industry in Fiji for over 10 years as an Estate Officer for Fijis largest land owner The Native Land Trust Board (NLTB) mainly dealing with land and lease administration and valuation. The last five years or work in Fiji was for a Private Valuation Company and later a semi government organization as a full time Senior Valuer and have valued properties throughout Fiji for different purposes.
Rural | Horticulture | Agribusiness
Rob has been undertaking rural, horticulture and agribusiness valuations throughout the Northern Territory, Western Australia and South Australia over the previous 14 years with emphasis on rural residential developments, horticulture, broad acre and pastoral properties.
Valuation work has been undertaken for private clients, major lending institutions and national corporate organisations and valuation of major corporation property portfolios.
In addition to the above Rob has also undertaken valuations for the Commonwealth Government and Northern Territory Government for financial reporting purposes including the Department of Finance, Department of Housing, Department of Lands, Planning and the Environment, Department of Primary Industries and Fisheries and Department of Parks and Wildlife.
