In his role, Trent has been involved in the sale of more than 50% of development sites across Melbourne’s CBD and City-fringe in the past 5 years. He leads his team of experts across the land subdivision market, suburban infill market and CBD/City fringe markets.
Prior to commencing with Colliers, Trent led the Development Valuations team at CBRE. With more than 18 years of experience, Trent has established himself as an integral part of the Colliers team and a leading figure within the industry.
Trent has sold an average of around $1billion per annum in development sites over the past 4 years and managed many market defining sales, including 105 Smiths Lane, Clyde North ($73millon), 37 Graham Road, Highett ($90million) and 140-150 Queen Street ($170million).

Eugene has over 20 years experience in the property and construction industries including extensive experience with a major publicly listed developer and in the funds management environment. Eugene has extensive experience in large range of projects in various capacities including senior development and project management roles. He has been involved in many landmark complex developments such as Hayman Island, Discovery Point, Honeysuckle Newcastle, Port Coogee WA, King Street Wharf, Jackson Landing and Citibank Centre Sydney.
Eugene holds a deep understanding of property markets, development opportunities and construction projects established through extensive experience and involvement with a wide range of large scale property development projects from management positions and at the coal face.
He has managed most facets of development projects from inception to disposal. This includes acquisition, disposal, brief planning, feasibiliies, engagement of consultants, obtaining aprovals, marketing, sales and leasing. Eugene’s sales experience was founded with asset acquisitions and asset sales for a private fund manager. His diverse experience will assist clients to achieve success.
Lisa is Head of Sustainability at Colliers for the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) team and her key focus is developing long term sustainability, health and wellbeing strategies to support her colleagues and Clients' ambitions.
This involves integrated planning and management of new and existing asset performance using industry best practice. She builds strategies by drawing on her extensive experience with sustainability, health and wellbeing tools such as Green Star, the WELL Building standard, Climate Active (net zero / carbon neutral) and Circular Economy principles. Her work is globally recognised as enabling scalable solutions to complex challenges in the built environment.
As well as leading the REMS sustainability team for Australia, Lisa supports Colliers Global ESG committee through her role on the steering committee for Asia Pacific and leading the Environmental pillar regionally. This role supports Colliers long term strategy to develop and execute a robust ESG program including committments to Science Based Targets Initiative and achieving net zero status by 2030.

As Head of Hotels, Valuation & Advisory Services, Christopher oversees the strategy and operations of the national hotels team, to ensure the sustained growth and success of the Valuation & Advisory Services service offering.
Chris has over 16 years’ experience in the valuation of 'Going Concern' properties including Hotels, Motels, Serviced Apartments, Backpackers, Student Accommodation, Co-Living, Build to Rent and other accommodation property types together with Car Parking Facilities.
Outside of Colliers, Chris maintains an active role in the property valuation industry as Associate of the Australian Property Institute (AAPI) and as a Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).

As the State Chief Executive Officer of the Canberra office I am part of the Senior Leadership Team of the Australian business. I currently run our National Government Services business and the agency business in the ACT.
I have been intimately involved in the development sector of the market for the past 30 years and consulted on more than 500 office and residential projects, with a major focus on institutional grade assets.
My experience in the office pre-commitment market is highlighted by my involvement in the delivery of the DoHA, DIMIA, DEEWR, Centrelink and Industry buildings, totalling in excess of 250,000sqm NLA. Other major projects I have been involved in include the new Human Services building in Greenway ACT (26,000sqm), ATO building in Albury NSW, ATO buiilding in Chermside QLD and National Archives building in Mitchell, ACT
I am advisor to the ACT Government (Australian Forum/City to Lake) and advisor to council members of the Australian National University Investment Fund. Through my GST knowledge I heavily influenced reforms on the Tax legislation on the margin scheme.
Joanne has over 15 years of experience working within property research and specialising in property data. Having previously managed a real estate data product with over 70 subscribers, Joanne has a strong track record of maintaining client relationships as well as delivering quality real estate data and insights.
Joanne leads and manages the Colliers Edge product which is the Colliers premium research data product for clients. Her role also includes maintaining and improving data management systems that the Research and wider business teams use to store and utilise our valuable datasets.
My early career was in Banking and later in trading with a Japanese Trading House where I imported equipment, established distributorships as well as providied financing for importers of our products. My entry into property was through the funding of real estate development projects with the Japanese Trading Houses and General Contractors. In this role I became the financial project manager and asset manager of over 40 commercial, retail, industrial and residential projects throughout Australia.
This opened the opportunities for development management, portfolio management, project marketing, feasibility studies and strategic analysis and in conjunction with my business partner we established a property consultancy, which we operated succesfully for over 20 years servicing our Japanese clients as well as government and private clients. I joined Colliers in 2015 when my business partner retired.
